The hotel provides a basic level of facilities. The rooms are a little bit old and dated and the restaurant has a limited menu. I opted for the steak and potatoes, which was tough and chewy, and the potatoes were frozen oven chips. The second night the food was much better - chicken, veg, and mashed potatoes. The breakfast was poor, with a very limited selection. The food was uncovered and there were numerous flies sat on the ham and chicken. The outdoor pool is good, as are the surrounding gardens. Ok for a short business stay.

Nice hotel with comfortable style. Possible improvements: Breakfast did not have a lot of healthy choices, A/C heated the room up to 28deg even though setpoint was at 20deg, toilet seat always falls down.

the location is fantastic. close to fontainebleau and in a parc. welcome from the staff was great. Room was fine with enough space although room was a bit smelly that I did not like. breakfast was really disappointed. Crepes did not look fresh or homemade. Müsli was only with sugar. Joghurt as well. Baguette was okay. Cheese was fine. that is my feedback. Please have a look how breakfast in Germany are- they are for me the best healthy and non healthy you could find also in a 2* hotel. Regards

Globalement déçu par l'organisation de l'hôtel. Il aura fallu demandé à 4 personnes différentes si nous pouvions accéder au brunch en dernière minute, les cartes ne fonctionnent plus en plein milieu du séjour, on me réclame au check out le règlement de l'hôtel et de la taxe de séjour après vérification tout est déja payé. Beaucoup de détails un peu désagréable.

Tout s'est très bien passé. Le personnel a été très professionnel, dans tous les secteurs d'activité. Le petit déjeuner et le diner ont été très bons. La chambre très agréable et la literie parfaite. Petit bémol concernant le séminaire(ou grosse fête), qui a eu lieu ce soir là. Les chambres sont bien isolées, mais ne filtre pas les cris des participants

Nous sommes venus pour le week-end du 14 juillet, c’est la troisième fois que nous venions dans ce domaine et nous avons toujours eu une bonne expérience. Ce week-end n’était pas digne de l’établissement. Nous n’avons pas pu accéder au restaurant, ni le midi ni le soir, car « complet ». Pourtant des tables étaient vides, j’en conclus qu’il s’agit d’un problème de quantité : comment cela n’a pas pu être anticipé pour un week-end de 3 jours en pleine vacances scolaires ? La solution offerte s’est révélé franchement révoltante : pour 25€, un panier pique nique composé, par personne, de 5cm2 de quiche lorraine, un demi bagel au saumon, une pincée de salade (même pas une poignée), un peu de charcuterie (sans pain) et un gâteau au chocolat qui a passé les 3 dernières semaines au frigo si j’en crois la texture. Bonus : j’ai été malade après l’avoir mangé ! Également, peu de choix au petit déjeuner. Aussi, aucune des activités du domaine n’étaient disponibles : plus de place à l’accrobranche, plus de place aux ateliers, plus de vélos, pas de place au spa, même pas un transat ou s’asseoir au bord de la piscine car pris d’assaut par des personnes qui les réservait sans les utiliser. Et enfin, nous avons attendu 17h30 le dimanche pour que le ménage de la chambre soit fait !! Bref, nous n’y mettrons plus les pieds.
