I'd like to call-out the exceptionnal breakfast. Despite I did hundreds of hotel nights over the past year, I think this was one of the best breakfast I ever did. Looking at product quality : croissants, orange juice from a famous manufacturer, high quality butter, nice yoghurts, great bread... that really made my day Doors to access staircase were a bit hard, which is still very minor. Overall, nice personnel.

It was a nice experience. We just stayed one night so we were not able to enjoy all the amenities but we will come back!

The room was not really clean, e.g. hairs found in the bath- and living room, it was in general dusty. The kettle's cord was caught in the back of the refrigerator - a receptionist was needed to get it out. Minibar was not filled; also the tea and coffee was never re-filled. The kettle was dirty and sticky. The bathroom is really old and not in a good shape. To take a shower you have to climb into the bathtub. The cistern handle was dirty and sticky. The breakfast is good and satisfying. I am using this hotel mainly only because of the close distance to the business place I have to go.

Day 1: 19:15 pool already closed (normally 19:30 which is too early in my opinion) Day 2: kicked out at 19:05 and when asked the member of staff: we close at 19h! Turns out there was a reception by the pool and we are not looking good enough in the background.

Nice welcome at welcome desk. Good restaurant. Overall, service quality needs to be improved, to comply to **** & related price levels : * Shower gel really empty : I uncovered only once under the shower :-( * Room cleanliness to be improved (especially during Covid and with all safe accor label) * Very loud & long room maid "discussions" (not to mention 'disputes' in the corridor at 7h30 in the morning. Disturbing our sleep. * Breakfast, requested and documented as take away with sharp time specified, not ready (same at stay in March already). As a consequence, we were late for our leave, with stress on top. When we raised the need to urge to the waiter, he replied that it was asked to be delivered on a tray. We had to show him the breakfast order paper on top, to show him that our request for take away was duly documented. * We got the very last room in the corridor, with a big tree right in front of the window. Therefore room was very dark. In a covid period where hotel is definitely not fully booked, maybe you shall offer nicer rooms (at least with a window not blinded by a huge tree : room 238) As a summary, the place is nice, but overall poor service quality and room maintenance have disappointed me, and is not in line with the place.

Adaptation to Covid for meal has some good idea, meal tray, but the menu could be better. Offering club sandwich, or Pâtes à la carbonara in winter, to people that are eating the same nearly at each lunch, it gives really the impression that you don't want to do better. The cooker was really nice because added to that I am Gluten free eater and with this kind of a menu nothing is really good for me. He cooked what he had in the fridge that I could eat, so it was nice. Housekeeping in the room 227 really poor: I don't understand how in the Covid context and at the level of a Mercure Hotel this could happen. First, no kettle in the room, then round table sticky and dirty, carpet under the table wasn't done. fourth, no toilet paper in the bathroom, and finally, found a skirt next to the sofa. How I can be sure that the cleaning and sanitization has been done? If I get ill, I will tell the medicals survey that, this room could be one possibility of transmission. With all the inconvenient, the reception team change me to an upgraded room. Thanks. Unlucky, I had a couple next to my new room and I can confirm that isolation from noise is poor. It is a pity that with the level of the hotel occupation, we can't give to a couple a more isolated room for their intimity. As an Accor member, I really hope to have a better experience in your hotels.

Good: helpful staff, park and activities Not so good: room size, damages doors and hallways, overall cleanliness (during our stay we didn’t see anybody cleaning anything), decor room, non heated pool(not very enjoyable),airco didn’t work very well, too expensive for what you get.

Too much work going on at the hotel, highly disruptive. Reception staff not very friendly, unlike the bar staff. Room service intermittent, sometime I get a bottle of water but on most occasions not and on one day they removed all my towels and didn't replace.

Only one part of our reception hall remains under construction, this one being very soon finished. We are sorry for the gene caused by noise nuisances. Very good hotel, excellent staff in the bar / restaurant area, always helpful and polite. I have stayed there before and would recommend it if you like peace and quiet of an evening. Nice selection of wines in the bar and although the menu was a little limited the food is very good.

Cannot fault the location, service, staff and facilities available at this very comfortable hotel. The one disappointment was breakfast where "hot food" was in cold containers making most of the selection "gluggy"
