Night shift team confused reservation names and gave my room to someone else, not even apologizing for the confusion and making us wait to fix their error. While I was waiting to get extra typical info on breakfast/parking the lady said smthing like 'go go come on' as if I was an animal to go to my room, after they kept me waiting for 20 minutes while they fixed their mess in the reservations. Also the room was small and full of spider webs.

Check inn : quick and good Rooms: clean Hotel general: clean Restaurant: food good, did miss enthousiasme, motivation at the employee. Checkout: less good. During the checkinn and on my reservation it was noted that payment was included. ( resto max 35euro) but in the morning i had to pay the resto and the tax. When i told that it was in charge she did not find it so had to pay it.

Small room, even smaller bathroom, not enough space even to sit down on the toilet seat. There were only two hangers available (one for shirt / coat and one for trousers) and no closet / wardrobe / drawers. Service in the restaurant was extremely poor, although the food was not bad. Asked 3 times for bread, twice for the wine list and 4 times for the desert menu, which I have not received after all. Very disappointing...

First stay with Ibis, disappointed, the room had not been cleaned properly, papers on the floor and bedside cupboard, dirty towel hanging in the bathroom wall, used drinking cup left on the basin,. Just hope the bed was clean, it did look OK. We were another room but were too tired to pack up again and move. The breakfast staff were very unfriendly towards a group of Japanese tourists, to the point of being rude! Also the male member of staff was badly dressed and looked as if he should have been working outside in the grounds not in a restaurant. I am sorry to say that this was not a pleasant stay in a hotel

Catastrophic breakfast

On the first day, the breakfast room had dirty dishes on almost all of the tables and very little food to be found, a couple of busloads of Chinese tourists having arrived before us, and there was only one lady working there to deal with everything. Full credit to her who kept her sunny composure under impossible circumstances. On the second day, it was much better, but still there was only one man working there who doesn't usually handle breakfast and it was still difficult to find anything to eat. It felt as though everything was rationed.

The room was not really well cleaned, in the bathroom there was a strong bad smell Had a dinner in the restaurant which I didn’t fully appreciated since there was no option to chose between the buffet or a la carte

We arrived after midnight and it was nice to have a bright, airy reception area to walk into. 24/7 staff made check in simple. Room was basic but comfortable, although seemed to be in the older bit of a refurbished hotel. Staff were excellent and would stay there again for the same type of travel arrangements.

This Hotel is perfect for Business Travellers as it is close enough to Paris to travel in (25 mins by car) without the usual high price tag associated with Paris Hotels. Rooms are good with great comfortable beds and good bathrooms. Breakfast is good with plenty of choice.

Hotel and lobby area looks nice. Stuff is friendly. Room and especially bath looks used and not up to date. TV (4:3) is old. I did not sleep well on the bed. A gap appeared in the night from the two mattresses. Breakfast was good although a fresh baguette would be more French.

Disappointed about the restaurant being shut.

We stayed the Saturday night and were devastated to find the restaurant for dinner was closed. We were tired after travelling from the South and since we wanted a drink with our meal, we did not want to use the car. It was a half hour walk there and another half hour walk back to the nearest restaurant. We We were not pleased!

Easy to get to. Free car park. Easy access to wifi. Rooms very clean & comfortable beds. Very peaceful during the night. Staff very friendly & helpful. Good choice of food for Breakfast & plenty of everything. All in all a perfect place to stay & made the start of our holiday very enjoyable. Would stay there again.

Hotel was undergoing some refurbishment, which did not effect the service. Staff were very friendly as always. Buffet restaurant is very good value for money. With IBIS you know what you are getting at each hotel.

The hotel is modern and the rooms clean, although a little cramped in our case. Ample secure car parking. The buffet breakfast was good with plenty of variety. The main complaints were; the restaurant is closed on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and due to the location there is little alternative choice. Also the bar is inadequately stocked, it ran out of draught beer during our stay and there was no brandy. A French hotel with no brandy, mon dieu! A special mention must go to Mathieu, who seemed to be fulfilling the roles of receptionist, barman and bar snack chef single handed, and always with courtesy and good humour. Really, though, the hotel was insufficiently staffed.
