First stay with Ibis, disappointed, the room had not been cleaned properly, papers on the floor and bedside cupboard, dirty towel hanging in the bathroom wall, used drinking cup left on the basin,. Just hope the bed was clean, it did look OK. We were another room but were too tired to pack up again and move. The breakfast staff were very unfriendly towards a group of Japanese tourists, to the point of being rude! Also the male member of staff was badly dressed and looked as if he should have been working outside in the grounds not in a restaurant. I am sorry to say that this was not a pleasant stay in a hotel

Catastrophic breakfast

On the first day, the breakfast room had dirty dishes on almost all of the tables and very little food to be found, a couple of busloads of Chinese tourists having arrived before us, and there was only one lady working there to deal with everything. Full credit to her who kept her sunny composure under impossible circumstances. On the second day, it was much better, but still there was only one man working there who doesn't usually handle breakfast and it was still difficult to find anything to eat. It felt as though everything was rationed.

The room was not really well cleaned, in the bathroom there was a strong bad smell Had a dinner in the restaurant which I didn’t fully appreciated since there was no option to chose between the buffet or a la carte

We arrived after midnight and it was nice to have a bright, airy reception area to walk into. 24/7 staff made check in simple. Room was basic but comfortable, although seemed to be in the older bit of a refurbished hotel. Staff were excellent and would stay there again for the same type of travel arrangements.

I was disappointed from the time I arrived with my wife because my reservation was cancelled and your hotel claimed to have not received my payment. I have paid with PayPal and it was confirmed but I had to make another payment and I have not received my refund yet and PayPal has said that my payment was received by société hôtelière which runs your hotel.

hotel meets Ibis standard location is not great if you visit Eurocontrol taxi in the morning was extremely expensive! I discovered I am silver member again and at the hotel nobody mentioned that and I had to pay for my welcome drink!

Hotel is ok, price is a high for the quality of the room, service is great. We were there for a concert happening nearby, and there are very noisy works on going at the hotel. My group had 3 rooms, we arrived early and reception made it work so that we could have the room early. Service at reception was excellent. However our rooms were just above the heavy works - which means: the day after the concert we were woken up at 09:06am with the beds shaking due to what seemed to be drilling on foundation walls. We were not the only clients there for the concert, they should at least have delayed the noisy works to the afternoon on that day. Paying 110EUR for the night was definitely not worth it.

Reception, drink, looks at entrance all good. The room was below standard, quite old and smelled dirty, I really did not enjoy the room and bathroom.

After a rather difficult time finding the hotel we were pleased to discover there was plenty of parking and we checked in very quickly. We were disappointed to learn that the restaurant was not open at the weekend but the nearby Courtepaille was good. The room was clean with a good shower. The staff were excellent.
