I was situated in room 235 which had a door connecting it to the room 237. In any case this is not acceptable regarding privacy issues but I said ok, it was just one night. The guest in the other room would play music at 5 am with high volume and would continue to do so even after repeated demands from my side to lower the noise. I was forced to go down to the Accueil (You have removed the phones from the room which is also a very bad strategy) and to call someone to deal with the situation. The person in the accueil was very helpful and understanding and tried to his best to resolve the issue by talking to the person in room 237. Regardless, the person in room 237 continued with his routine until the morning.

We’ve had a really bad experience in this hotel. They’ve put us in 2 rooms (238 and 242) with heaters not functioning. My wife, my sister and I all got sick. The toilets had a bad smell in both rooms. We asked for a king size bed for my wife and I, and they gave us 2 separate beds that they’ve put into 1. We spent our tile putting the 2 beds together. Then, after complaining, they’ve moved us to other rooms. Same problem, dirty air conditionner, broken and making noise. We spent about 1500€ in this hotel for such a poor service. I don’t recommend.

Good room, bad breakfast service

The breakfast service was really bad. The people working there were really slow with filling up everything. We had breakfast three days in a row, one hour each. In this hour, the people where not capable to fill up ham, cheese, juice, knifes, eggs, spoons, bread, milk, cornflakes, or other things, even when specifically asked. There are not a lot of things to chose from, so we had to go hungry someday because they did not manage to fill things up. The quality of the food was fine.
