First the receptionist was very rude I tried to explain to her the website was not working so I could not book on line She said I do t do any booking over the phone I called her twice. She did not want to listen Until I spoke to Claira. Who understood me an spoke so politely an I booked over the phone with her I had my sister from over seas on holiday

Enjoyed the short staycation with family. Thank you for the lovely staff who gave us complimentary wine for my birthday! I love the overlooking the golf course from our balcony. We had fun with the roos and snooze package - driving the buggy. Things to improve: the mattress is not comfortable. Add slippers, cotton buds as common toiletries. Hot chocolate for additional drinks

We stayed for my partners birthday, our first night away from home with our sons (our 5 year old has ADS and hasn’t spent a night away from home). We used the hot tub, the mini golf, had breakfast and a movie night in the room- it was absolutely phenomenal. We will be back !

Check-in process was smooth but lift just happened to have broken down before our check-in thus has to carry our own luggage to our room. Bedside light was not functioning properly, and when we inform the front desk, we were informed that the maintenance crew has already gone back but the following day, bedside light was still not repaired. Room cleaning standards was poor. My daughter's pillow was left on the floor while they were making the bed. The cafe service crew really needs proper training. Tables were empty but no one cleared the table and had wanted to turn us away. Service was really lacking.

We wanted to stay outside of the city for the fresh air and see the night sky. The site was beautiful. We were surprised and delighted by all the kangaroos. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was too soft and old. The water pressure was weak. The breakfast was fine, the staff very friendly.

The stay was really disappointing. The walls are paper thin, the food - breakfast, lunch and the private dining dinner, were very underwhelming. The groundskeeper yelled at us for walking on a path because we were too close to the golf course - he said 'Would you walk on a cricket pitch?!' Which was patronising as hell. And for the record, there was no one on the golf course.

Room was comfortable and clean and great location for the event we attended, however for the price, I would have thought we would have more coffee. Not everyone likes or can drink pod coffee and very limited instant available. Staff were very friendly and helpful, but we couldn't wait to go get a cup of coffee when we checked out.

The venue is gorgeous, the golf team were great and the course was beautiful. The room used for our meetings was very nice and clean, and the staff were attentive to what we needed. The rooms we stayed in were simple but comfortable. The buffet breakfast was good. The one big let down was the rest of the catered food, which was disappointing across the board for the amount paid. The dinner was ok, however the desserts were quite poor.
