That said, I am sincerely sorry that some aspects of your recent stay did not meet your expectations. I regret the oversight with the bathroom amenities not being replenished, and I will review this with our team to ensure it does not happen again. I also understand your frustration with the room temperature; our reception team is always available to assist with the air conditioning settings. Moreover, when Junco was created, our aim was to establish a concept with a strong identity centred around Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. I am sorry that this new direction has not been to your taste. Your comments and suggestions regarding the menu have been taken into account. I came early due to flight issue and after get agreement to early check in with my family on 9:00 AM, the reception employee changed and the new one ask me to pay 60€ for early check in (only 3 hours earlier) and then I got the room with a lot of comments that doesn’t worth the stay

one of the quietest hotels I have stayed in - no slamming of doors or noisy neighb9urs in rooms either side or above/below. Super sized rooms and Queen sized beds make it very comfortable. We did not visit bar/restaurant as room was simply a stop over base, but it was perfect

Very warm welcome by reception, free charging of EV, good bed, good shower, very quiet room, nice and good selection of breakfast buffet (fried egg would be nice and baked tomatoes). Smell in the room was not so fresh and struggled to find the switch for the lights (spots) closest to the window, as it is positioned under a shelve.. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Everything was excellent. As we lived in Weimershof for 13 years and came often to the terrace of your restaurant for dinner, staying at your hotel felt almost like home. Thank you also for taking the effort to send also the Slovak language version of the review invitation. The only thing that could be improved was the bad smell coming from the aircondition vent on the top right side, near the entrance, of the children's playroom, one floor below the reception.

Happy with my stay overall, only feedback was that the room weren't clean / make up before 14:00pm on the second day. My stay was for 2 nights only but for a room on the executive floor, I expect better service. Not able to enter the Gym in the morning, was told by reception in the afternoon how to open the door, was told to lift the handle before pushing down to open. Perhaps a note on the door will help the guest or changing the lock since you already know it is faulty?

My 5th stay at this lovely hotel. Spacious bedrooms with easy access to the ground floor garden, perfect for the dogs! All of the staff are very courteous and professional, and a special mention to the chef who on this visit made me an item not on the menu. Excellent location for my reason of stay and very dog friendly. Tram stop 5 minutes walk from hotel. All in all, a lovely hotel which I return to time and time again.

Amazing hotel, the checkin process was simple and on top of that the extra bits they gave my son to entertain him during his stay was a delight. The room was nice and spacious with good air conditioning during the heat wave we visited. The bar/restaurant is just as good with amazing cocktails, There is also many nice dining and drinking options close walk away. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again

We are a family of 4 and booked a superior room with one queensize bed and a sofa bed. The room was spacious. However, it would be great if the hotel could provide sufficient amenities as we requested for slippers during our stay but was informed that there would be an extra charge even I am a gold member of the ALL Accor member.

The hotel lobby was nicely decorated and felt spacious. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was clean, neat and tidy. We had a queen-size bed and a sofa bed, both of which were very comfy. We stayed for three nights with two adults and one child. Breakfast was good, including both hot and cold dishes. The only downside was that some of the hot dishes were not kept warm, so, for example, the pancakes and crêpes were already cold by the time we selected them. One evening, we wanted to have our welcome drink at the hotel’s restaurant/bar. However, we were turned away because we were told they were too busy and did not have enough staff. This did not feel very welcoming, especially as we explained that we only wanted to have a drink, and there were still several tables available. On Sunday, there was a balloon artist making fun creations for the children, which was a lovely touch. Our child also received a small gift at check-in. Overall, it is a very family-friendly hotel. The hotel is conveniently located between two tram stations, both of which are only about a five-minute walk away.
