Dear Novotel Luxembourg Kirchberg, To be completely honest, I was very surprised. With the band, we had five rooms and performed in the main hall at a party. The reception was friendly and smooth, and the rooms were very large, beautiful, and clean. The event hall was lovely, and any questions we had were answered immediately. The hall itself, along with the food, was fantastic. At the bar, the staff were once again very friendly, and we were well taken care of. Breakfast was excellent. In short, this hotel is one of the best I have ever visited. A top hotel with friendly, helpful staff and great food. Thank you — I would be happy to return personally.

The hotel is well located with many local facilities. The welcome was, as usual, very warm and my stay was most enjoyable. I come to Luxembourg and the Novotel Kirchberg is my hotel of choice.

I’ve been to this hotel before, and this experience was really disappointing. While I’m a gold member of All, which means I should receive some extra benefits, I’ve been placed in one of the worst bedrooms they have at the property, with a window in front of the kitchen. Zero privacy, or curtains closed all the time. I didn’t have a coffee machine in my room, surprisingly, as this property usually has nespresso machines. During the breakfast my daughter and I were shamed by the staff, because apparently we sat on a zone reserved for another meal - there was no indication, nor someone escorting us inside the breakfast area. All in all, absolute lack of care for the customer.

We regret that the room assigned did not meet your expectations, especially for such a special occasion spent with your daughter. While room types depend on availability at check-in, your comments regarding overall comfort have been fully noted. We would like to clarify that Nespresso coffee machines are available only in our Executive rooms. We also understand your disappointment regarding the absence of the reusable water bottle in your room, which should have been provided. This feedback has been shared with our housekeeping team to ensure better consistency in room preparation. We are equally concerned about the experience you described during breakfast. You should never feel uncomfortable or judged by any member of our team. Although certain areas of the restaurant are reserved for other services later in the day, it is entirely our responsibility to make this clear and guide our guests politely and proactively, without causing any discomfort. Your feedback has been communicated to our restaurant leadership, and additional training will be reinforced to ensure a more attentive, respectful, and caring approach at all times. We fully understand your disappointment and sincerely regret that you did not feel the recognition associated with your ALL Gold status during this stay.
