Unfortunately, the ONLY good thing about this hotel is the walking distance to Metro Line 7. My room was not cleaned 2 days out of the 6 days I stayed; even without my “don’t disturb” sign hang on the door. We purchased breakfast but the scrambled eggs were too watery (ugh). The receptionist were not happy working there: no one smiles, no one greets you when you arrive (TRAIN THEM!). I will NOT stay at this hotel again. Good riddance.

Regarding housekeeping, our hotel applies Accor’s environmental policy, which includes reduced daily cleaning unless otherwise requested. That said, if no “Do Not Disturb” sign was displayed and cleaning was expected, we regret that this was not clearly addressed during your stay. Our reception team remains available at all times to intervene immediately when such situations are reported. Concerning breakfast, your comment about the scrambled eggs has been shared with our food & beverage team to ensure better consistency and quality control. As for your remarks about our reception staff, we are surprised by the characterization used. Professionalism, courtesy, and guest recognition are core values of our team, and we regularly provide training to maintain these standards. While we regret that your perception was negative, we stand by our teams’ commitment and professionalism. We are pleased to note that you appreciated the location, Wi-Fi quality, and the ease of booking through the ALL Accor app. Your feedback has been reviewed internally as part of our continuous improvement process. the location is near M2 line and Paris North and Paris East station. good location but the area surrounding may become a bit dangerous for single traveller.

Close to metro. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Clean. Very small room and VERY small and narrow beds. Only one big towel. Would suggest to put a bin in the room (not only in the toilet), bigger closets because there isn't enough space to leave your things and face/hands towels.
