The check in was good, the room was not really clean, lots of dust and items under the bed. The fridge did not have milk for a coffee or tea, I asked for this to be brought to the room for the 2nd day and still missed. There is a light on the thermostat and very bright at night that shines towards your eyes, not great

The room had such terrible air flow, no way to even open a window to breathe. Lots and lots of mould in the bathroom. Water tasted like it came from a pond, didn’t even want to brush my teeth with it.

It was very enjoying the food was absolutely lovely specially dinner. Breakfast was okay. The bed was a little bit hard. I had a sore back the next day but it was okay. We enjoyed it and we would come back.

Pros: • Excellent Location: The location in the Perth CBD was absolutely perfect for us. Our son lives just around the corner at "The Switch", which made our visit incredibly convenient. • Friendly Welcome: The reception staff were very nice, helpful, and welcoming. Cons: • Lack of Cleanliness: The bathroom was not cleaned properly during our stay. There were noticeable stains on the sink and the toilet fixtures. More concerningly, the silicone sealant on the shower doors had visible mold. • Poor Housekeeping Service: The room service declined significantly after the first couple of days. From the third day onward, we were only provided with a single coffee pod. The drawer was never restocked with tea, instant coffee, or milk. • Noise & Poor Soundproofing: The room was very poorly soundproofed—we could clearly hear when the neighbors rolled down their blinds. Additionally, very loud music from outside made the nights quite noisy. Conclusion: While the location and the lovely reception team were definite highlights, the overall price was simply too high for the level of housekeeping and room maintenance provided. If the cleanliness issues are addressed, we would gladly stay again in the future to be close to our son.

This hotel remains our go-to hotel for overnight stays in Perth before catching a next day flight. The Reception staff are friendly and helpful, luggage can be stored securely before or after check-in and check-out times. The rooms are clean and up to the Accor hotel standards. The best aspect is the onsite restaurant, reliable for dinner and breakfast, and a drink at the bar. I wish the hotel had a swimming pool but acknowledge the building wouldn't easily find space to install one, unless it was roof top and perhaps overhanging?!
