well located with friendly staff and lovely foyer when you enter hotel, but rooms were narrow, very cold, there was a lingering smell of smoke and my bedsheets were stained

The location is really good. It is next to the metro, trams and buses and the AirPort Express stops outside. The hotel is lovely and breakfast is very good. All staff are really welcoming and helpful.
