Negative - My room was poorly cleaned as there was dirt, dust and long hairs laying in the main room and on the bathroom floor. As I am bald, the hairs must have come fra previous users of the room. I informed the reception staff about this and the took action. Positive - Dialog with reception and booking regarding a misunderstanding with the tenure for the tennis tournament I played and my need to shorten my stay. Very friendly attentative follow up on my request og service minded response. This shows your ambition and interest in taking care of loyal customers. Thank You!

The staff is very helpful, the room and bathroom were absolutely clean. The breakfast is plentiful and very tasty. The room I stayed in was very nice, I strongly recommend it to everyone. The hotel is located in a particularly central location, close to Budapest's main attractions
