breakfast was above average, but the room is a bit outdated without international power sockets. Couldn't adjust A/C and the room key control on elevator doesn't always work. Bath tub was meaningless since not deep enough to cover body.

Elevator key access not working consistently, staff mentioned "it was a bit tricky". Door to room not working properly, staff had to assist with access to the room. Fire alarm went off in the morning to what I believe was a false alarm. Security deposit was incorrectly refunded, a request to have the full value deposited was required, the explanation - "this was an error".

all in all a good stay thanks.. neat and comfortable. Only thing my room was not cleaned on my main day even with my clean room sign out.. I was in and out all day. Then that night I tried to call house keeping and reception just to get rubbish taken away.. room phone was not working or no answer at other end? Not a major issue but I have asked please to treat this as a 'skip' clean stay and extra points allocated to my account please?? thanks

I had a good stay of 7 nights at this property and found it to be extremely convenient in terms of location and facilities. I've provided in person feedback to the front desk staff on the fittings of the room (electrical and plumbing to be precise). They need a change to align with the aspirations for the environmentally friendly stay. The staff were super helpful and ensured utmost priority to the customer experience aspect.
