I booked a room specifically with a spa for after my week away working, only to find it didn’t work. I rang down to the desk that evening but got no answer. I spoke with the desk the next morning and was informed that it would be fixed that day. When I went to check on the progress later that afternoon I was informed that it was still broken. I wasn’t told prior to asking the question. I was offered breakfast as a replacement which is completely unacceptable. I was given 1000 points as a gift for my inconvenience. A discount would’ve been better
