On the reception she asked me to book a breakfast while my booking was already included the breakfast. Welcome Drink was not provided when I asked in the BAR next day he said he does not know. the Swimming pool was closed. No Value for Money.

The official address is Irwin St, it is really on Hay street and thus close to all the malls and other resources. Perth has a system of "Cat" buses that all go to the Perth station. So getting around to most places is easy. The wildflowers are out and Kings Park is specutalular! The furniture in our room is looking a bit tired.

I was very disappointed with the condition of the hallway and then the room. It definitely needs to be updated. The bathroom was very tired and not 100% clean. The curtains were falling apart and definitely needed cleaning. Full of dust when you opened them and dirty marks on the block out curtains.

Great location, easy walk to all the main areas of Perth. Close to all the sporting complexes, main shopping areas, ferry services and harbour. Staff excellent, good morning breakfast choices. Rooms large and comfortable however some upgrades and improvements are needed ie new room curtains and passage skirting boards need replacing.

Fairly high priced considering how old the hotel room was. The shower was hard to use as there was no space in the bath style shower (no head room). old fitting, old tiles and a sink tap that you can barely get your hands under. Mattress was old, pillows were cheap and uncomfortable. Room was fairly clean, Staff were nice enough, Location was close to the highway but valet parking was a bit annoying and quite Expensive. No water or refillable bottle in the room. All in all, i was quite disappointed that this was an Accor hotel considering how outdated it was. i have spent $300 a night on hotels 10 times better than this room.

I’m an accor gold member and I chose this hotel based on value for money and being able to use my stay plus over a weekend but it was disappointing that this is the choice available to reward loyalty because the hotel was extremely dated and definitely not meeting current 4* standards. From the aesthetics, to the inaccessible/not functioning plug points, uncomfortable pillow selection, door handle heavy and jarred, old, slow lifts, it’s hard to think of a positive. Bar was randomly closed on Saturday night meaning we couldn’t even use our drinks vouchers when we wanted. Unfortunately I wouldn’t go back.

Bed was comfortable Friendly staff Bathroom old and dated, dirty shabby, slippery bath , had to ask for mat. To stand in shower. Bath ware difficult to turn and regulate heater. Very noisy rooms! Restaurant in use small menu . Food not well presented, cafe type decor etc etc Bar . Very small choice of wines .

Room was very comfortable, clean and quite large which I was happy with. I'll make special comment on the bed being very comfortable. However, the desk staff were not very helpful in understanding booking arrangements, and I had to wait 5 hours for my roommate to arrive before I was allowed to check in and use the room. Desk staff were of Asian origin and Accor/Mercure need to have some serious training in customer relations and culture integration.

Tired facility and amenities. Mould in bathroom shower. Fixture fell off wall. Room service delivery and clean up slow, and trays sat outside room for more than 5 hours. Breakfast was cold, no barrista coffee.

I was extremely disappointed that there wasn’t any reading lights on the bedside tables. Never experienced this before. Also, there should have been a rubber mat for the bath 🥲
