the wardrobe, table, bed, and etc were poorly maintained in 4 star hotel standard. the bathroom facilities were outdated with no handheld shower head design. No indoor slipper provided by default, guest has to call for room service to request, very inconvenient.

Need to make room better than as Novotel is good brand.

Upon arrival I have booking problem. However, Zonya and Printer at the lobby they have solved my issue. Thank you for their service. The room I got is clean and quiet and nice decor.

Glad to see that some rooms have been renovated and the gym room has replaced two treadmills, hopefully will start replacing the remaining aged equipments, such as elliptical, cycling machine etc.

Beem staying with Novotel Bangna yearly, and this year, its not different and has been nothing short of excellent. From check-in, counter staff Toi & Ratt were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. Manager Beer who is also on duty, helped a great deal when i came earlier than the normal check-in timing of 2pm, and unconditionally helped to get me a room immediately with a free upgrade! My executive room to Suite! Awesome food to say the least, will definitely choose thus stay when i come Bangkok for work yearly. Highly Recommend!
