However during winter, our central A/C is turned off as the temperature outside are quite cold. I have informed our maintenance team about the temperature of your room and they will have a look at it. We would like to reassure you as the area around us is relatively calm and safe. Dear Claudiu, Thank you for your feedback. We aim to provide value for the rates charged, and we appreciate your noted your insight regarding our pricing. However the rate is indicated before your arrival and your booking with us. This rate also includes the breakfast for 2 adults (as the one for children under 16 is offered) and the taxes we are not responsible of. Our team will have a look at the sofa-bed as you mentioned it was unconfortable. Regarding the wine glass and corkscrew, unfortunatly, these two items won\'t be available in room.
