The bed is comfortable. There is a bit of noise from the main street, but on the bright side, you can open the windows. You can park on the street if you install the HandyParken app — €11/day maximum. Friendly staff.

I stayed at this hotel for the second time, and I was very pleased with the usual high quality service and friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Well located and easily connectible with city centre / Olympia park / airport, this hotel was an obvious choice for me. The room was quite spacious and well-equipped, the bed was described as "great" and it really was! Comfortable mattress and two types of pillows for you to choose from. I slept well and felt recharged every morning.

I never give bad reviews but this one I can't help it. I'm an Accor member with silver status. I love Mecure brand. I have stayed at Berlin, Cologne all were good. Except this one. Even Budget friendly Ibis will have bigger bathroom than this one. Bathroom is so small that a buildman or pregnant women will suffer taking bath. In images it looks sufficient, see the image for actual vs reality. My wife was pregnant. When we reached my wife was feeling very small. I requested the receptionist he made us to wait 2hrs for nothing. In app I saw four privileged room available for my dates. I even told I will pay the price difference. But he showed some random room and said this is privileged room. I was really frustrated. Reception people are terrible. Other staffs were good. But even if its Accor they don't have standards in all hotel is what my lesson. In three years of my Accor membership this one was the terrible. Others were either good or best. Frustrated, irritated and disappointed. I will never come again even if it's the only hotel in the planet available. Also I saw they are charging 20€ /day for the parking which I feel too much for this place. Luckily I didn't bring car. I was shocked that Mecure brand has smaller rooms than Ibis and they call it as 3.5/3 star hotel.

Highly recommended. Very cooperative staff ready to help you out. Nice rooms at reasonable price. Wash room is a bit small you need to adjust in it. Tram station is 250 meter away. Main station is only 3 kilometers away. Grocery and Foods is on walking distance.

everything in the room was fine, the woman itself I like it I like the design however I wasn’t comfortable to use the towels as it look a bit too old and overused also the bedsheet it was clean and everything, but the holes where everywhere so it shows that these bedsheets has been overused and it’s time to be changed.

Nice sized and comfortable privilege room but bathroom is quite small. While there is no fridge staff allowed us to put things into their bar fridge. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
