The service and staff are amazing. The room was great, and I appreciated the nice message from the Director along with the gifts, it was a wonderful touch. Congratulations to everyone working at this hotel. The only thing I did not like, and I hope you will improve soon, is the breakfast. It was very industrial, and there was not even any fish. I understand the intention may be to reduce costs by offering a similar breakfast across Ibis and Mercure hotels, but I had the impression of being in a one-star hotel or eating industrial-style food similar to a military canteen.
