My wife and I were staying at the hotel while I was at meetings. After a moth infestation in the room, reporting it to the front desk and returning 3
Hours later to no change, then another 2 phone calls . When help finally arrived my wife had to help them vacuums and tidy the room.

The Bogong moth migration across NSW has been unusually widespread this year and largely beyond our control. These moths are integral to the Australian ecosystem, feeding native wildlife and supporting pollination. Despite our best efforts, the sheer volume made them extremely difficult to keep out.

Definitely the best view of any hotel I’ve stayed in, to the east the beach and out to sea, to the north more beach, disappearing coastline and mountainous hinterland. Added to that, the room was clean, comfortable and a good size. Staff were very helpful, competent and approachable. Would return in a heartbeat.

We stayed for 2 nights with the spring break package including parking and breakfast. The staff were friendly, including check in staff and bar staff. The location was great and we didn’t have to take the car anywhere, so many restaurants and cafes and the beach is across the road. The pool is lovely, but was freezing cold. We had room service and enjoyed it. Buffet breakfast in the morning was very good.

Love staying there. Close to beach stunning hotel. Shame council where digging out front, but can't help that. Still an amazing stay, want to go back again. Loved eating breakfast on the balcony of 1014. Would love that room again.

Lovely stay with the hotel, some amenities do feel a little run down and in need of updating. Dust in the bathroom and changing of bedsheets were not consistent. They made the bed with my clothes under the covers. TV's need to be connected to streaming platforms and internet is so slow and confusing. Would recommend these slight changes. The pool also has no heating and there is a lack of ambience or atmosphere which is upsetting as it ws school holidays. The only activities that were on for the holidays consisted of a room with stationary and bean bags, not a great effort. It's almost as if the staff are invisible on this site unless you find them at reception or at breakfast. I think we'll take a break from returning to this hotel for a while.

After staying for one night a month ago, we stayed for two nights this time - and the cockatoo was there again!
The room was on the other side of the corridor from our first visit and the view was excellent.
This is a well situated hotel wherever your room is - based on a sample of 2, we were very happy with this one.

The hotel is a bit neglected in some aspects. The toilet seat was not in alignment which I didn’t discover until after unpacking but was really unsuitable for having people use that room. There didn’t seem to be the option to log into streaming platforms on the tv. The pool needed a clean and warming.
