Couples can enjoy the perfect Wollongong wedding at Novotel Wollongong Northbeach. The hotel features a beautiful beachside location, extensive event facilities, outstanding accommodation, leisure facilities, 5 food & beverage outlets and "The Deck."
The hotel was lovely, clean, well appointed and felt like a real treat to stay. You do need to attend to the shower head in room 1012 but even that couldn't dampen my experience with your accomodation.

Its a great location, friendly staff. Just expensive for what it is and cleanliness and aesthetic can improve. There was a moth infestation, not sure in vents or coming from outside, but they continued to appear all weekend, taping under the door was strange, some issues with the bathroom door and difficult to open windows. No free WIFI was very strange, and no foxtel like you used to have a bit weird as well. Breakfast buffet is psychotic, families, people, and limited stations. Staff are friendly and helpful but maybe consider two large stations for breakfast and an easier way to access for guests who have breakfast included like a card or something.

Had a weekend away with family at Novotel Northbeach. We stayed in a double queen beds ocean view with balcony room. Perfect view and from balcony we saw whales. What a great experience. It is close to cafe, nice restaurant and very convenient. Staff were all friendly!

It was a good experience from the point of ease of checking in and out; hotel cleanliness and food and beverage options. A little disappointed that Foxtel wasn’t available and also that the complimentary bottled water has been removed; especially when paying premium prices. Nonetheless I enjoyed my stay.

Fantastic room, great location, amazing view.
Toilet too close to wall and paper roll holder, couldn’t sit down properly and I’m only small, no idea how a bigger person would even sit on the toilet.
TV mount crooked and not adjustable, very hard to watch as it faced up on an angle.
No snacks, no mini bar, no anything except 1 x biscuit, cmon even if we have to pay for it at least put something in the room.
Parking height is ludicrous at 1.9m
And check in parking needs to be monitored, the roundabout where you park to check in was chock full of cars parked and yet the entry foyer was empty, we had to do multiple laps of the block to find somewhere to be able to check in, so clearly no one is monitoring how long cars are parked in the check in spot out front.

Well located with a great room overlooking the beach. The buffet breakfast was also good and the staff at reception were helpful and professional. The only criticism was on the Thursday night there was only one person at the bar and he was was also responsible for cleaning up the tables. A long wait to get service despite the staff member working very hard.
