Couples can enjoy the perfect Wollongong wedding at Novotel Wollongong Northbeach. The hotel features a beautiful beachside location, extensive event facilities, outstanding accommodation, leisure facilities, 5 food & beverage outlets and "The Deck."
Upon checking in at approximately 6pm the lady at checkin was short and abrupt, we were made to feel that we were an inconvenience to her
Sadly upon checking out it was a similar experience.

During our stay it was also very windy, unfortunately the balcony doors do not close properly and the wind whistle during the night was intense.

Had staff asked upon leaving HOW WAS YOUR STAY this would of been conveyed.
We have been coming yearly to Novotel for over 20 years..this was our most disappointing stay ever sadly.

The staff were helpful, providing us with a shower chair for my 90 year old mother and advising us about the free bus service that loops the city and which drops off and picks up just outside the hotel. The room was clean and the view of the ocean and lighthouse was spectacular. We even enjoyed a few visits from neighbourhood cockatoos who sat on the window ledge. The beds were wonderful, huge and comfortable.

I was using a knee scooter and required an accessible room which was provided. The room and bathroom layout was particularly useful for my needs. It was clean, big enough to get around and comfortable. It was a little far from the lift but otherwise a lovely stay.
