Overall resort facilities are good but rooms need refurbishing. Average stay for a luxury price.also no Accor benefits or discounts applicable on easter long weekends.

The resort needs some serious maintenance, broken downpipes, rotting wood and looking very tired. The restaurant is now like going to a local pub for dinner. No service and the food is very average. For the price that you charge for staying at this resort it should be of a much higher standard. We were so looking forward to our stay and was absolutely shocked to see what it had become. How is it still achieving Novotel or 4 star level? I worked at the resort back in the 90's and always have enjoyed coming back as it's such a beautiful setting. I understand places change and evolve over the years but unfortunately this resort has changed for the worst. I do hope there are plans for maintenance/renovation as I and many others would hate to see this resort continue to be let go.

Perfect place for a retreat.Pure relaxation lazing next to the pool, enjoying the heated spa and walking around the luscious gardens. Access to beach nearby.

Welcoming was nice. Rooms felt outdated. One room did not have air con. Peak period and no maintainance on duty.. Our dinner was OK. Rib's had hardly any meat. Limited wine menu. Pool toilets need revamping and cleaned regularly throughout the day. Strong urine smell. Plenty of staff just standing around talking. Overall we had a nice stay.
