hotel is well mainained although has obviouisly already a few years on its back. Good breakfast , hotel well to reach on foot from trans station, few minutes walk from downtown (Altstadt). one thing that distrurbed was, although outside of IBIS' reach, opposite the hotel room (344) was an office floor with bright lights on 24/7. Despite good curtains difficult to darken the room.

I stayed here for two nights. The room was on brand and had all I needed, and nice and clean. The breakfast had lots of options and was lovely and staff were all helpful when needed. Great location near to the Hbf station, but far enough to not have the noise from it. Easy to get to the shopping areas and where ever you need to get to

We were very well looked after by the staff, who were attentive and helpful. However, the bathroom needs updating: during showers, water leaks out of the bath/shower area, and there were black lines in the grout and joints that looked like mold. The pillows were quite hard, and the blackout curtains didn’t fully block the light. Because the room feels dated, it gave an overall impression of being unclean, even though housekeeping seemed to do their best. At this stage, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to friends unless the rooms are renovated or these issues are addressed.

Good location very close to the railway station, trams and old town. Room was clean and comfortable but quite small with a small bathroom. There is no actual bar, but drinks can be purchased at reception. The breakfast was good quality.

There are two Ibis hotels a couple blocks from each other. This one is off the busy street but close to everything you want to see. Has parking available which is nice if driving. Rooms are typically small in an Ibis hotel, so ok if only for a night or two and priced reasonably. Bed was typical German hard but comfortable. Only one small pillow. Ibis excels at breakfast so was really good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Air was turned off at night so room was a little stuffy. Overall, we had a comfortable stay and enjoyed the hotel.
