Very easy to get to from Amsterdam Central Station, about ten minutes walk. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast had a good range of food and drinks. There was high turnaround of guests everyday so housekeeping staff had to work very hard. Definitely would stay here again.

The hotel has a great location. Only issues were the AC didn’t work, it stayed at 23 degrees all the time- we had to open the windows but it’s very loud there because of the train station. The shop is also stupidly expensive, 4 euros for a water is a bit steep. Lifts were too slow and one was down all weekend

I had a good stay at ibis Amsterdam Centre, I stayed for 1 night, the location is very good, only a few minutes from Amsterdam Central Station. The room is nice but a little small, it gets a bit complicated to maneuver if you have big suitcases, but beds are comfortable. Even though the bathroom is small, the shower has good water pressure.
