The hotel is perfectly situated, so easy to get to. All of the staff are very friendly. The rooms are great, zero noise from outside. Lovely comfy beds. The breakfast was superb, so much choice and all delicious! We will definitely be back.

Ed welcomed me with a great smile and that made my day. He went over and above and I cannot express in words how a great customer service he gave to me and my partner. The room was clean, and quiet. I used to work at this hotel back in 2014 and the memories and the affection I have for this place is infinite.

Room was adequate for a nights stay. Some people may find it noisy overlooking the night club. Breakfast was good. Staff reasonably friendly.

Rooms are very basic and in need of renovation, the desk and side tables have wood peeling off. The mirror in the bathroom is old and dated with parts of the mirror peeling off at the bottom. The bathroom is very tiny and there is no room in the shower. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable which did not bode well for a good nights sleep. The hotel is in the middle of China Town and there were fireworks going off at intervals during the night. I know that this could not be helped with it being Chinese New Year, but you would have thought that the windows would have been double glazed to cut down on any outside noise. The breakfast was to a certain point ok except for the eggs which tasted as if they were powdered and made up in the morning; there was no choice if you wanted fried or poached etc.

Very basic room, with work required in areas of the hotel. Restaurant had a limited and very basic menu- pretty sure my soup was of the tinned variety rather than made in their kitchen. Staff polite and helpful even during a time of IT issues for reception team.
