This hotel is perfectly located, surrounded by various options for shopping, dining and nightlife, and in close proximity of New Street station. The customer service from the team at this hotel is consistently great, they’re super friendly and attentive, and always do their best to ensure the perfect stay. The rooms are decent for the price, all necessary amenities, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is worth opting for, a wide selection of quality hot and continental options, with a decent vegetarian selection. I highly recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Birmingham - it’s decently priced, perfectly located, and the team are great!

Clean, but small room, ideal for a short stay. Staff friendly, breakfast good. Ideal location for city centre, theatre and sporting events in and around the city of Birmingham. Also very close to train station.

As returning customer was surprised to find charges for late checkout has changed , chargeable per hour is very excessive and having never enquired about slippers £2 per pair is reasonable
