I really enjoyed the hotel’s location, which was very convenient and made it easy to get around, as well as the breakfast, which was quite good and a highlight of my stay. However, the room — and especially the bathroom — were extremely small. The shower box in particular was ძალიან tight, making it quite uncomfortable to use. A more serious issue happened on my first day. Shortly after I entered the room, two maintenance workers came in without knocking or any prior notice to fix a leak in the bathroom. As a woman traveling alone, this was very alarming and made me feel unsafe. Because they did not speak English and I do not speak French, we were unable to communicate. I was left standing there, holding the door open, just waiting for them to finish and leave. It was a very uncomfortable and unsettling situation. Overall, while there are positive aspects, this incident and the lack of space significantly impacted my experience.

It’s essentially just a room, and it’s overpriced for what you get. I wouldn’t recommend it. From my perspective, the staff are only doing the bare minimum.

Hotel stuff was nice and room was clean. Although toilet and shower was small , over all I was happy however, fire alarm in the middle of the night ! I was close to the fire escape so didn’t get out straight away and waited. You need to have system to let us know if it needs immediate evacuation or false alarm. Otherwise When the real fire happens, people will not evacuate. I was very tired but disturbed my sleep by this twice. Otherwise, I am quite happy. Thank you

Location, availability of the underground garage and the breakfast are good. But, It took me visiting the reception three times to get a refund for the double-charged parking. The noice from ground floor restaurant is horrible, so we were unable to sleep. On top had to visit again the reception twice next morning to leave the parking. Worth improvement
