We arrived and the staff offered us a glass of of Prosecco because we celebrated our 1 year relationship anniversary. The room was great ( A bit cold but we put the heating on and asked for an additional blanket and all was perfect) The shower was powerful so amazing in the morning. The breakfast was very good and varied. Products were fresh and for the price you get excellent amount of food. The staff is excellent and extremely friendly.

Beste Harm, Hartelijk bedankt dat u de tijd heeft genomen om uw beoordeling met ons te delen. Fijn om te lezen dat u een goed verblijf heeft gehad en dat veel aspecten volledig naar wens waren. Het doet ons veel plezier dat u zo tevreden bent over de ontvangst, het uitchecken, de netheid en de vriendelijkheid van ons team. We vinden het vervelend dat de kamergrootte niet geheel naar wens was. Ons team kijkt graag met u mee bij de volgende reservering om een kamer te vinden die geheel bij u wensen past. We were well received. We had had difficulties with the reservations, as we got confirmation for a type of accommodation, that we had not discussed during the reservation by phone.We were disappointed by the way you are celebrating the change of the year, but that may Netherlands tradition. We have spent the last 12 years in a hotel in the Netherlands and were surprised by the absence of any celebration. It was very nice to find some old oilballs on the counter the next day! There was a chair blocking the entrance to the bar. Instead a guy was putting firworks on fire right in front of the hotel door. Not reallyan incentive to leave the hotel. We were told that Nijmegen would be firework free, but this was apparently misinformation, as there was also an accident. The pressure of the shower a the fourth floor is low. As the room is not cleaned, the guest has to go down to get new coffee supply. The coffee machine downstairs is operational limited hours. Early in the evening it is already put out of order. We appreciated the fact that we could leave our own coolboxin the kitchen. This way we had some cold bubbles on New Years Eve.

We are sorry If this wasn’t the case. We are sorry about the miscommunication regarding the fireworks in the city. We understand that can be an unpleasant surprise. Bed felt 30 years old. Window faced a train station. No wash cloths. Would prefer coffee maker in room..

Please know standard rooms include tea/coffee-making facilities, while Privilege accommodations offer Nespresso machines for enhanced convenience. We have shared your comments about the bathroom provisions with our housekeeping team to ensure better adherence to our standards. While we provide various pillow options and temperature controls in all rooms, we regret these aspects didn’t contribute to your comfort during this business trip.
