My only negative feedback is that many people book this hotel because they are going to a concert at the Openluchttheater De Goffert. They return about 22.00 hours when the bar is already closed. If it was open until 23.00 hours it would let people get a drink before bed. I am sure most people would pay extra to cover the staff's salary for this.

Comfortable, good location, friendly staff. No slippers: not satisfactory. Laundry not collected: terrible. First counter staff who informed me of this: needs more training on service recovery. He Insisted there was no way to handle the non-washing of laundry; no staff to bring my laundry out of hotel for washing. Did not provide solution for issue. I believe the laundry issue was eventually settled because one staff in the room behind reception suggested the solution: for housekeeping staff to wash my laundry. Well Done to that staff and the housekeeping department.

Stayed for 5 nights on a short holiday. Room facing road outside, surprisingly quiet given the traffic and proximity to railway & bus stations. Room clean, beds comfortable. Bathroom clean, walk in shower not well designed to avoid flooding the floor. Nice to have the small refrigerator, ironing board & iron in the room. Plenty of storage space. Breakfast acceptable with good choice. Didn't use the bar or dinner facilities. Desk staff pleasant & helpful. Very good location for train & bus services.
