Our 'Privilege room' was ready on time and found to be very comfortable. A few notable issues were as follows: 1) Shower floor becomes very slippery when wet 2) No shelf in shower for customers own items 3) No handle in shower (important for safety purposes especially with slippery floor) 4) Only one dressing gown and one pair of sandals for a two person stay (reported this but no action taken) 5) Only one large bath towel in two person room (reported this but no action taken) 6) No wash basin in the separate toilet room (plenty of room for this and much more hygienic) 7) Unpleasant stain on bed sheet (reported this but nothing was done) 8) Air conditioning blowing cold all the time no matter what the temperature was set to. Also made loud watery noises at intervals, even when turned off Other than the above it was a very nice stay with friendly staff and we had a very nice meal with excellent service for ourselves and four guests on the first night
