Dear Martin, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. It was our pleasure to ensure your check-in process went smoothly, and we’re glad this aspect of your stay met expectations. However, we sincerely apologize that other elements didn’t reflect our usual standards. Our reception team is available 24/7 to assist with any requests even though there is no actual phone in the room. One quick scan of the QR code found on the desk and near the normal phone location would have given you the direct option to message or phone us and to get in touch. Sadly, camera’s in the corridors are not allowed in The Netherlands for privacy reasons, if it were would would shurely have them! We will be sure to both check the safe in your room and find out who the other guests were so we can invite them to use a different hotel in the future as that kind of behaviour has no place in ours.
