Good location, pleasant and comfortable. Helpful staff, A bit of noise during night time, but nothing excessive given the location near the main station.

Person at check in did not know how to see if my accor number was in system. Both elevators were out of service one night/morning. Room was not properly cleaned - there was trash in trash cans from previous guests.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the room was tidy. However the room was pretty noisy. It overlooked the railway station and every 30 minutes or-so you could hear the loudspeakers stating there were delays. Sufficed to say, I did not get much sleep that night.
