Good location for train but still easy walk to town. Comfortable, nice bathroom but walls in room need refreshing. Great view from rooftop breakfast room and good breakfast choice. Shame had a view over bins and buildings from my room!!

I have pleased with my stay in Ibis Arnhem. There is almost nothing to say bad, but service and conditions felt average. Tea, coffee, water heater, slippers were missing in the room. Some optional things like pencil, notebook was not available, which I can understand under the environment policy. Car parking was a problem around the hotel and as a foreigner traffic in Arnhem was so complex and I was expecting either Ibis Hotel has its own place or (if this is not available) available park location(s) should be explained in advance. We just asked and reached the answer only after entering to hotel and talked with Receptionists. There was also no customer tariff for the parking place which was also expected to be in such close park areas to hotels, if hotel doesn't have parking area. 1 electrical power outlet in the room was not working. Normally there is at least one big towel for shower. However, there was an average size towels available instead of big one etc... Overall experience was 6/10.

Stay this time is ignorable for us. 1. Bathrooms are not properly cleaned prior to check-in. It is expected that Bathroom sink and Shower area gets properly working with regard to water cleared. Sink was not at all flusing the water properly need to wait atleast couple of minutes once used. This is leaving soap stains on the sink and become dirty quickly. It is expected that Housekeeping personnel check the Sink and Shower wash areas poperly after every check-out. Seems to be not happening properly. This is second time we have faced the same issue 2. Breakfast spread is reduced significantly and refills for fruits, breads and sausages is not attended in time depsite the closing time is still more than 30-45 minutes away. 3. Happened to witness unauthorized people entering the hotel, posing a security concern 4. Bar was closed all the three days of our stay and no information provided in advance about the welcome drinks availability. Sad to see IBIS is losing grip on this facilty
