I have stayed for 12 days. Every day was a game of predicting when the room cleaning will be done, if it will be done. Although I have put the room service tag outside the room, my room wasn’t cleaned on two days; one day the staff completely forgot and I have notified the reception but was promised a room service the following day (which was done), and the second day the staff started cleaning my floor before 11 AM, and I came back at just before 2 PM to find my room still not cleaned, so I just took new towels and slept as I was tired and not willing to wait any longer. When I notified the reception about this issue, I was told that the room cleaning happens any time between 9 AM to 4 PM, Since this is a daily experience, the inconsistency of cleaning had made my stay quite unbearable, and is the main reason for my negative review. The availability of basic necessities (utensils, cups, coffee) only at the reception is also inconvenient. I understand that this is a budget hotel, but at least one table with these necessities should be available in each floor.

We had a great 3 night stay in a very clean and modern hotel. The room lacked storage, but we had plenty of space. It was so convenient for public transport, which we used a lot. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast provided a good range of quality options. It was difficult to decide what to choose! We’ll definitely be back, if we’re in the area in future.

Missing place to hang towels and jackets. There was more then enough space to fix such a small but important detail. Room was nice and clean when we arrived (except under sofa, there was an old sock). During our stay the cleaning was not good, not sure what they actually cleaned. They changed towels, even the ones hanging… but didn’t give enough back. So they clearly didn’t check amount of guests in room. They took away 4 but put only 2 back.. Floor was not cleaned at all even though there where a lot of crumbs after my kids (quiet visible). When we booked it was not possible to book for 2 adults and 2 kids Even though there is more then enough space for 2 smaller kids on the sofabed. They fixed it, but i don’t understand why you can’t book that yourself. And it was impossible to understand on the webpage.
