Location of the hotel is great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Spacious room and bathroom. Hair blow dryer was not great. Beds are less comfortable, matrass should be replaced (sagging). I missed a coffeemaker in the room. Due to the location and friendly staff overall satisfied

Well located next to train station and short walk to town. Rooms are large, clean and tidy with large windows. Breakfast selection large enough, just strange there is no self-service coffee machine in the breakfast room itself, especially as a large conference occurring at the time of my visit made it hard to access. Rooms very quiet but doors heavy and floors have no carpet so I did find some noises quite jarring while I was trying to sleep.

In general, I am very pleased staying at the same hotel over these years - seeing warm friendly hotel staff whom I met through the years (especially the kind and gentle gentleman who I don't see him during this stay. Hope he is well and still working with Mercure Hotel Amersfoort Centre). However, the new staff I met this year also are very polite and friendly too. Though the room are as usual very clean and tidy (thanks to the house-keeping services). But this stay has an interesting matter - the shower drainage was a litter choked when I took my bath. Thankfully the water didn't overflow to the main toilet area. The drainage choke wasn't that bad, and I believed it can be easily resolved. As it was relatively late in the evening, I need not have to trouble the hotel maintenance to unchoke the shower drainage. It's just a simple few seconds to clear that whatever blockage that caused the slow drainage. That's done. Thereafter, I enjoy the usual bath over the 5 days stays. I am happy and enjoy the stays and rest after returning from the whole day at RAI convention halls. Well, it's a nice comfortable hotel to stay in. Though I ought to wake at 5am so I can catch the 6:07am train to Schiphol Airport for my flight. I am ok with the schedule as long as I arrive to Schiphol on time. I do plan to come back next year.
