The hotel is located about a 10 minute walk from the train station and about the same from the centre of the old town. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. The room was a good size and well decorated. We would stay here again if we were to return to this town.

I never receive the correct company recipe, even when requesting it beforehand. Fixing it always takes time, now already 1 week without a reply

All went well until I had a lost item. Sent mail in the same day I left and almost 1.5 week later and after 4 phone calls and 3 emails, received a reply.

Good stay as usual (stayed there several times now over the last few years). This time around the first time the option was offered not to have room cleaning (eco incentive) but collect reward points instead. Stayed 4 nights last week so expected 3 cleans which I did not use and displayed the appropriate card on the door. On check out I reminded reception that I had not used cleaning services and asked about the points. The reply was that she would mention it to her manger.. A week later now and still no points..
