Wonderful service provided by the hotel. Always feeling welcome and recognised as a member by the reception Jalla and Ilayda. Always greeted by name by André. The air-conditioning heating system was not working, dispite my multiple request to fix it. But in general it was a nice stay.

We were very happy with the room, which was attractive and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and has a great shower. The only disappointment was the slightly old TV, without apps such as Netflix. The breakfast has a lot of choice, including a station serving freshly made eggs. The location is perfect for exploring the old city of Amersfoort, and there is a bus stop in front of the hotel for buses to the station. Highly recommended hotel.

Ook uw complimenten over ons ontbijt – en in het bijzonder het live cooking eierstation – geven wij met trots door aan ons team. Daarnaast waarderen wij uw positieve woorden over onze centrale ligging. De nabijheid van de historische binnenstad van Amersfoort en de bushalte voor de deur maken het verblijf inderdaad extra comfortabel voor onze gasten. Dank ook voor uw eerlijke opmerking over de televisie op de kamer. Wij begrijpen dat moderne streamingmogelijkheden zoals Netflix tegenwoordig als een belangrijke voorziening worden gezien.
