Good location, close to bars, restaurants and the old part of town. Front office staff friendly although a little nervous. Staff in the breakfast room did not greet or acknowledge us. Breakfast room had no natural light, which we found disappointing. Quality of breakfast we found mediocre.

Three nights in a bedroom with very poor bed linen and horrible towels quality. No courtesy water to drink. Check-in was “cold” and took long as Membership number was not being able to be included in the system.

The bed was extremely hard. It was like sleeping on the floor. The dishes at breakfast were not clean. One dish still had tomato sauce on the bottom. Checkout time was at 12pm. From 9:45am till 11am we had multiple knocks at our door from cleaning staff that clearly wanted us out of the room for cleaning. We just left since we had enough of the frequent knocking. The bathroom was also extreme dusty. My sister went to shower and a dust cloud rose up when she turned on the shower.
