Older receptionist Blocked WC and clean water just after checkout. It is shamefull! families had childeren. They should help the customers families. Shamefull scenes i’ve experienced. And women receptionists didn’t help to arrange family rooms. They didn ‘t care out problems.

The owner of business just thinking about money. They have no idea how people goona sleep in the night in this crazy hot room. I just skipped out of the hotel. I was lucky my children and my family were not in this trip with me.

Make sure to get dinner before coming back to the hotel, as there is no place nearby to eat after 8:30/9 PM. There was a bus station near by, but it was still a few transfers to get to the city, so it was close, but took a bit of time. Other than that our stay was great, the room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was very nice. The breakfast was good.

When entering it was very uninviting, our presence seemed to annoy the staff working. Room was freezing cold, radiator was not working. I asked for assistance with the radiator but the staff had no interest in helping and were quite rude. We were staying for 3 nights but checked out after 1 night to stay somewhere else. Only positive was the room was clean.
