Although we aware extra charges may apply it would be useful to have this information while booking. There was no info about the parking charges and road works by the hotel ... who has booked in expectation of practicality has been despointed... as for a business trip where full day parking and EVcharging is a must the info available publicly does not match the real cenario. Breakfast also charged on site do not facilitate. Great facilities tho must be a great time off for a break

Stayed in an Executive room in which shower took a long time to reach a luke warm temperature, never reaching a hot condition. Breakfast was poor, I don't think I have ever experienced a situation where bacon, sausage, eggs, and mushrooms had all ran out during the middle of a breakfast period. Had to wait a considerable time for the situation to resolve so can only believe that the kitchen was short staffed. Raised this when checking out and the lady at reception was very apologetic and understanding, which helped to overcome out of the situation
