The rooms at this hotel are not 4 star. It's like stepping into the 80s and an artex lovers heaven. This didn't bother me too much as we got the room at a fairly reasonable price. I did however find that charging £18 for overnight parking is ridiculous. Never again

We also appreciated the attention to detail in the room's layout and furnishings, which contributed to a relaxing atmosphere. Dining at the hotel was a positive experience as well. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options catering to different tastes and dietary requirements. The quality of the food was commendable, and the dining staff were attentive and courteous. The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and pool, were well-kept and provided a great way to unwind after a day of exploring the city. Great location, only a short walk to the Christmas market. Staff are so helpful . The swimming pool is very warm and the hotel is beautifully decorated for Christmas.

Very nice hotel extreme clean with good service. Decorated well for Xmas too which isn’t easy for the size of the hotel. Nice pool and dog friendly I’m not sure what more any traveller could want. Location couldn’t be better head out and your in a huge square of restaurants
