I want to express my gratitude to the entire staff—especially Andreia—for making our stay so delightful. She was able to reassign us while we were on a group business trip, despite the fact that our rooms had been cancelled because of a misunderstanding with our supplier. She went above and beyond to provide exceptional support and prevent the group from splitting. Many thanks to Andreia and Novotel!

Public areas of hotel very good. Room with sofa bed made up left us with no floor space to manoeuvre around. Bathroom and toilet area unsatisfactory. Bathroom double doors practically opened onto the bed. Did not close properly. Shower tray cracked.

I was working n a show at Sheffield City Hall and this was a good place to stay and use my accor membership for a bit of discount on the rate. I didnt have the best sleep, the room seemed unusually warm. I noticed in the morning a fan in the wardrobe, I would have used that if I had known it was there. Breakfast matched other breakfasts I have had in much more expensive hotels. Staff were all really helpful and nice to talk to

What a lovely hotel! Superbly located near the Crucible and winter gardens. We received a great welcome and a really nice touch of cakes and an anniversary card in our room ( thank you so much) and swan towels on the bed too! All staff we met were so friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the swim in the pool, although it’s quite small it’s lovely and warm. Great breakfast too. Thank you for making our two night break away even more special!
