I’ve stayed just one night here in Sheffield on a quick trip, and what could’ve been a scary moment turned into the best part of the stay. My friend lives with diabetes, and around midnight, her blood sugar took a sudden dip. We rushed to call reception, hearts racing, and were met by i believe his name is Angelo the night team – who didn’t even blink. The room itself was clean and quiet – exactly what we needed . We left feeling looked after, not just housed. Would 100% come back.

This is the second time we have stayed here for the night . We had a lovely overnight stay . Rooms were clean and tidy , just need a little upgrade the carpets mainly but we were fine . Food was lovely at night time and welcoming staff . Defo be back

my room was great, and having stayed here before I knew the location was spot on. However the young guy on reception when I checked in was borderline rude and seemed like it was an inconvienience that I was asking to check in. Later on when I spoke to my friend also staying in the hotel they said they had the same experience too.

Hotel well positioned, common area's clean and reasonable. Guest room dated and worn. Carpet stains, worn furniture and generally a bit dated.
