Very nice hotel extreme clean with good service. Decorated well for Xmas too which isn’t easy for the size of the hotel. Nice pool and dog friendly I’m not sure what more any traveller could want. Location couldn’t be better head out and your in a huge square of restaurants

An apology never again

Parents are regulars. Booked afternoon tea day prior at set time. Arrived noone there to serve. Waited 35 mins no coffee as they forgot to switch machine on. No apology or alternative offered. Asked 3 or 4 times for no resolution. Shocking service. Girl couldn't remember order of just 2 drinks. And only brought one in the end. I ordered a tonic off thd menu never brought that nor apologised either. Place looks in a bad way likely struggling financially but don't feel sorry as service was an apology.
