The overall experience was very good. From check-in to check-out, everything was great: the room was clean and very spacious, with a nice view and plenty of natural light. The bed was excellent, as was the breakfast. This was a short business trip, so I didn’t have much time to explore the hotel’s other amenities but in my view, the hotel provided everything a traveler needs these days. I didn’t interact much with the staff since I was out most of the time, but I noted they were polite and professional. If I had to sum up my review, I’d say that if I returned to The Hague for business or pleasure, I’d be very likely to choose this hotel again. Additional note: I booked this hotel on the recommendation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of the Netherlands, which organized the conference I attended.

Check-in was good and personell nice. The room was very dark and hot. The AC didn´t seem to work properly. It took at least 24 hours to get close to a normal temperature around 21 degrees Celcius. I missed that there was not a refrigerator in the room. Hard to put make-up on with bathroom and room so dark. Sun was not up yet. The steamer didn´t work properly perhaps better to have an iron. Safe deposit box was placed too far down so hard to reach. There wasn´t any table or fold-out to put suit-case on. Hotel was located close to the business I was going to which was good. Nice with water-kettle and tea.

great staff, nice hotel but things like having to go to the ground floor for water was frustrating

The hotel had all the amenities we required as a group on a golf tour and was well placed in Den Haag so close to shops and restaurants . The rooms were very well organised but only criticism was the lighting as rooms very dark . Breakfast was good and so was the bar !! An enjoyable three day stay

Thank you for a wonderful stay! - Highlight of the stay was your wonderful staff: Breakfast staff, cleaning staff (wonderful lady working on 5th floor yesterday) and very accommodating reception staff. - The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! Everything was great, especially the pancakes and the abundance of salmon - Great bed GREAT pillows (if you have the brand available and could share I would really appreciate it!) and REALLY appreciated the blackout curtains. Bathroom products also great! Overall, a fantastic stay thanks to your efforts and the efforts of a great team :) Looking forward to next time!

An extended stay exposed too many weaknesses in the setup. Depressingly dark colour scheme, chaotic layout of food at breakfast with inadequate numbers of seats. Hot food that was always cold. Foreground music so loud it hampered conversation
