I am a frequent guest at your hotel, staying for 3–4 days every three weeks. Despite my loyalty, I find the administrative process consistently frustrating. Although I book via Hotels.com, your system never retains my email address, requiring me to re-enter it every time. I also frequently have to chase down invoices for city taxes. During my most recent stay, I was particularly disappointed to receive comments from staff simply because I could not recall my room number. It is disheartening to be treated this way when the underlying issue is that your system fails to retain basic guest information

room said has bathropes, none and your staff debates with me and ask me pay to buy. room wasn't ready with conditioner etc and i was told to go down myself to get it as housekeeping gone for the day. shampoo wasn't refill and asked to go down to get.
