Currently staying at the hotel and extended my stay only to learn hotel restaurant is closed for a function. Poor to non-existent customer service at this hotel where customers’ are taken for granted. There are better hotels for the price. Don’t patronize this hotel if you have other alternatives.

We stayed at this hotel to celebrate the 80th birthday of our mother. We were very impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the beautiful rooms. A special mention and thanks to Delia for the organisation and birthday surprise in the room and to Nora, Thomas, Tine, Virginia, Lilia and Bas who organised a surprise for our mother with birthday song and a beautiful decorated plate with cakes and fruit during breakfast . The hotel is very well situated in a quiet area with near access to metro, bus and tramway which makes it very easy to reach the Center of Amsterdam in a short time. We will definitely come back to this hotel during a next stay in Amsterdam

Check-in was wonderful. Many thanks to girl, she was cute and professional. Unfortunately, service in the restaurant was not so good. Very long term of waiting dishes, but the restaurant was not full. Room was booked for 2 person, but it was fulfill just for 1. Very strangerous situation when I booked 2 rooms, 1 was fulfill with slippers( just for 1 person). Second room was not fulfill with slippers. When I called to reception and asked to bring extra slippers, they said that they have not. I think that, better not fulfill rooms with slippers if you are lack with them. In general good

I stayed for 6 nights at the Novotel Amsterdam. The property is well located, especially if you are attending events at the Rai Amsterdam. it is well connected with public transport, making it easy to get to reach from the Airport and from the city centre. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

I have stayed at this Novotel for over 20 years and this experience was great again! I attended for a show at the RAI and it was easy for access, great breakfast, comfy beds and all very clean. Staff all very kind and helpful and always willing to go the extra mile.
