The room is nice. Location is fine. room has two chairs and a lounge table and mini fridge. Thats comfortable during the lockdown when you have to eat inside the room. Beds are good. staff very friendly and professional. One little issue. Our TV was broken, and we wanted to watch the dutch team. As a compensation we were offered a drink by the staff, which never arrived. Overall a pleasant stay.

Hotel is nice, clean and near transports. Staff is very nice as well but they fail in details like wrong invoicing and then don't even care to reply emails.

First business trip with hotel stay in almost a year! For someone who usually travels a lot for his job you can understand this past year has been very unusual. Glad to see the professional and friendly staff are still part of the Novotel brand and team! Very nice stay in general.

We are currently moving between homes and needed to stay a night in a hotel. We chose Novotel as our first choice for the accommodations provided but also because they accepted our family pet . We were upgraded to a larger room (hence pet and 2yr child) but also staff were very friendly, caring about our stay and provided clear instructions on how to navigate the hotel with COVID regulations. We could not be happier choosing Novotel for our 1 night stay.

This is my 2nd visit to the hotel because I was impressed during my first stay. However, the 2nd stay turned to be just an okay stay. I stayed for the 2nd stay for 2 nights, and on my 2nd day I got called when I was on my way to our room by one of the staffs and he was asking me questions like what I was doing, if he can help me with something, in which room I was staying because he didnt recognise me (funny enough, there were only few guests, and he didnt recognize somebody was staying at the hotel). To me this is fine and still acceptable. However what is disappointing was that the personnel was asking me questions and playing tennis table in the lobby at the same time (and also during working hours). This would be acceptable if I was staying in a family owned B&B somewhere in the middle of nowhere in South East Asia or Eastern Europe, but I would not expect to see personnels playing tennis table in the lobby during working hours, and also visible to the guests in a Novotel in Western Europe. I can fully understand that the hotel is quite because of the pandemic, but you can't put all the blame to the pandemic. You need to put professionalism as an embedded value, and not with an excuse.

We truly regret we did not live up to your expectations, especially because your returned to our hotel because of the great impression you had during your first stay with us. We would like to let you know via this way that we have taken the comments regarding ping pong seriously and had conversations with the team accordingly. Due to the low occupancy, staff is allowed to play ping pong as this is active and cheerful occupation. However, it should never be the case that this shifts away the focus on the most important: You as our guest. Overall, I found many of the staff members to be unfriendly, unhelpful, and sometimes rude.

The hotel is very clean and well laid out. They are doing well to comply with social distancing. The rooms are very nicely decorated. Just 2 things let it down. The noise of the water pipes in the walls (all night) and the staff thinking they are more important than the guests.

This hotel offers everything you need. The rooms are simple designed, modern, bed comfortable, bathroom with spacious walk in shower. The whole hotel is spotless clean, even the facilities outside of the room are ship shaped. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. Great connection to the airport and city centre. I’d stay again.
