Nonchalant staff I'm still waiting for the towels and the laundry bag I asked 2 days ago. Don't get any dîner their if your are more than 6. They don't know how to split the bill. In the check in, they will ask you at what time you want to check out without saying the late check out is not free.

well located, broken tv in room, long checkout lines, good breakfast

Didn't have a very good sleep

The walls/floors in the hotel are very thin which meant I could hear people talking and I could hear TV's in other rooms. This prevented me from falling asleep and kept me awake for the most of the night on the 2nd night.

I was on the 2nd floor - room 218 - and heard at 5 in the morning people training in the gym. Not great. Could sleep again but sleep quality was not great. I will ask higher floors next time

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez trouvé notre emplacement pratique, idéalement situé à proximité du centre de congrès RAI d'Amsterdam et avec un accès facile au centre-ville et à l'aéroport international de Schiphol via les transports en commun. Nous regrettons cependant d'apprendre que votre sommeil a été perturbé en raison du bruit de notre salle de sport et nous nous excusons pour la gêne occasionnée par le dysfonctionnement de la carte magnétique. Nous comprenons l'importance d'une nuit de sommeil réparatrice et d'un séjour sans problème et nous tenons à vous présenter nos plus sincères excuses pour tout dérangement que vous avez subi. De plus, nous reconnaissons les inconvénients que vous avez rencontrés avec la carte magnétique pour l'accès à la chambre et nous veillerons à garantir sa fiabilité pour nos clients.
