Hi everyone! The front desk staff is very nice. While the cleaning staff was very poor. The cleaning lady opened my room door for me while I was sleeping at about 08:30 in the morning. Where she entered into my room without taking into account the privacy of the guest. She said to me: You have a check-out today, and I must clean the room! As far as I know, the departure is at 12:00 noon. I told her: I will leave at 12:00 noon. After she gets out my room. I could not sleep again because of my bad mood. I share with you my experience. A bit slow check-in as only one staff member served the guests and did not have time to pick up the phone... Otherwise as usual with Novotel, no surprises, nice breakfast, restaurant and bar.

Very good upscale hotel with renovated rooms. Very good location for business stay and very calm location for family stay with proximity to public transports. Large secured parking available. Very friendly and helpful staff and good restaurant for evening dinners as well as very generous breakfast.

The pillows were not so good! Even heard a couple more guests complaining they were either too soft or too hard. Too big or too small.

The Novotel is a good hotel and like all hospitality venues was hobbled during my two stays there by the new COVID-19 rules. Unfortunately, its core services are limited and we were surprised that Room service was not extended later in light of restaurant early closure and there was not much innovation on that front. This being said, the breakfast is quite good and the restaurant and bar adequate even if the restaurant staff may need further training in hospitality restaurant customer service. All in all an acceptable level of quality in an averagely convenient location and good but very basic infrastructure and an effective reception team and events platform.

I am glad to see that you rated your experience overall positively although certain aspects didn't meet the expectations. I have spoken to our restaurant about room service and during your stay, we did provide room service after restaurant closing hours, therefore I am very sorry to hear that you couldn't enjoy the dinner with us. I like to think it was a matter of circumstances that we couldn't provide you with the quality with promise to all of our guests. However, I would like to thank you for the kind words about our breakfast buffet and I will definitely pass your compliments to reception staff. Thank you once again for providing us with the necessary feedback.
