Breakfast always nice. Staff welcoming Practical location near offices highway etc I am getting tired of the outdated rooms, although i fortunately get a slight upgrade every time. The rooms are better at a Mercure frankly

We had a good experience. Very clean. Breakfast was very good. I just felt the snack bar was too expensive if you wanted a quick snack. I think maybe better value on food for family and some cheaper options on main menu would be more attractive for families.

Ours was a wonderful stay. To break it in parts Location: Its not in the city center but not too far. it takes around 30 minutes by tram to reach central station. The tram station is a 2 minute walk. Metro takes shorter but the line was closed for maintenance during our stay. RAI train station is also a 2 min walk direct trains to SCHIPOL are to be taken from there so connectivity is no issue. CHECK in AND CHECK out: EASY and QUICK ROOMS: Spacious by European standards. All required amenities were there. a big thumbs up. BREAKFAST: We loved it. Superb. There was an automatic machine for umbrellas rental 2 Euro for 48 hours. Which were helpful in the Amsterdam weather. It was really a comfortable stay for us. highly recommended.
