Although out of the city a very convenient location with the tram (free) immediately outside. Excellent staff on reception and housekeeping - and the bar.

In advance of my stay my assistant made sure the hotel was aware of my severe feather allergy and requested that there be no feather bedding. Upon arrival I discovered the duvet was feathers. I went to reception and asked for it to be changed while I went for dinner. 40 minutes later I returned to the room and discovered the duvet wasn’t changed. When I went to reception they advised that it had been changed in the morning so it didn’t need to be changed. I advised that the pillows only were changed. 20 minutes later the duvet was removed. Then when I went to get into bed I discovered that there was another feather duvet on top of the mattress. Again I called to have it removed. All the staff were very friendly and nice but this is something that could easily have been avoided.
