The trip was both business and pleasure bringing with us two of our parents. Overall the stay was excellent, with a warm welcome from all staff, excellent parking and beautifully appointed hotel. The room was lovely and the amenities first class. We enjoyed drinks and some food at the bar on both nights of our stay, and both food and drink was excellent as well as the superb service from the staff. One negative I have to report is that, for my wife and the parents, there were no English speaking channels on the room TV, except BBC NEWS and CNBC. There needs to be at least BBC One and Two as these are usually publicly available in Europe. in addition to this the screen sharing system that is usually available in Accor hotels (Miracast) did not function over the existing WIFI setup. WIFI was acceptable (just) but overall the communications and entertainment availability in the room needs in my view urgent update as there are many English-only speakers staying a the hotel Lastly, from me, I am a Platinum member with Accor but was not greeted as one, nor was I offered an upgrade (usually I do not have to ask, it is just done). This may have been due to the two room bookings or the hotel being well occupied, which I understand BUT it was not mentioned at all. An unusual omission. However, overall a great experience. Thank you

A perfect spot for a couple of days sightseeing. Bad expensive but other establishments within walking distance. Staff couldn’t do enough for us but breakfast service was uncomfortable with some staff running around and others appearing to do nothing. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. Very good location. Good breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the shower. It leaked water on the floor. I was not aware at first. There were also holes in the wall. Room needs updating and some work to fix leak.

I found everything about the hotel to be excellent, from the warm welcome and the rooms to the services provided. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay. The only area I feel could be improved is the breakfast. For guests who are mill intolerant or cannot consume milk and dairy products, there are very few sweet options available, meaning they are essentially limited to savoury food. I would therefore recommend offering some dairy-free biscuits and/or dairy-free (vegan) croissants. Having only jam as a sweet option is not quite sufficient for a four-star hotel. Apart from this point, I had an excellent experience and would be happy to recommend the hotel.

Great location. Nice bar. Pricey drinks but a great bartender Richard made great drinks! Great staff. Nice breakfast buffet. Decor very nice. Room did have an AC problem, they tried to fix it but still did not work, but windows opened to cool it down.

We had two rooms booked, one room was to have an extra bed for a 14 year old and a dog set up. The other room was booked with birthday set up. Upon check in no welcoming gestures were made although we are platinum members, no extra bed, no dog set up. The second room arrival was later and the receptionist gave us the same room key to the room already checked in. (So we would have walked into the occupied room whilst they had been sleeping!) Second room no birthday set up - so the surprise was not there, we asked for room service they told us to call Uber Eats! Once we did ask for hotel roomservice they send a few thrown on ham pieces and 3 cheese sticks onto the plate. The extra blanket we asked for, my husband had to follow the night porter into the housekeeping pantry select the blanket and even fix the cover himself! Breakfast was a mess! I belive all untrained staff that have never heard of a service try. All in all a horrible place to stay! The management needs to change if they can’t train and maintain quality.

We arrived early, so we left our bags at reception and walked to Marché Notre Dame (a square with loads of restaurants). The hotel is perfectly located in front of the Palace main entrance and just around the corner from the Rive Gauche station (RER C to Paris - Eiffel & Notre Dame). The other station (Rive Droite) is about 20 mins walk away. We booked to stay for 2 nights B&B and had dinner in the restaurant on one night. The room was a generous size with a large bed, a chaise lounge, a desk, safe, fridge, large TV, kettle for tea and a coffee machine. Bathroom with separate toilet. There was bottled water in the fridge (replenished), and it appeared the bathroom mirror was heated, which is handy. Behind the reception was the bar/lounge which looked class, serving a wide selection of cocktails and wine (although they stopped serving the cocktails earlier in the evening), and at the back was the breakfast / restaurant area. The breakfast was the star attraction. There was a wide selection of items, and they were delicious. There was a menu for eggs (soft or medium Boiled, Fried or an Omelette), if you wanted to order them, while the hot food area had scrambled eggs and baked eggs ready, with cocktail sausages, bacon and potatoes. The fruit was incredible, perfectly ripe, very tasty with a good variety to choose from. Plenty of pastries and fresh breads, crepes and pancakes. Salads with loads of cheeses and meats, Yoghurts, porridge, muesli, and rice pudding. The dinner was delicious, particularly the starters, as was the wine. We sat outside on the balcony
