Although not that easy to find the staff at the hotel were very welcoming . The room was very good with much needed air conditioning . No restaurant facilities on site on Saturday but restaurant next door very good . Room booked for 3 adults but only 2 paper cups so had to ask for a lot more. So much easier to have china ones

Easy to find, good parking, helpful check-in staff. Slightly disappointed to find no restaurant (I should have checked the details!) but the Hippopotamus next door was fine. Huge TV in the room, but some instructions would have been useful. Very large and comfortable bed, and plenty of space and facilities in the room. Good selection and quality for breakfast.

The days before I stayed room 215. airco was Perfect. Then I had to prolong my stay 1 night and was allocated room 102. the airco didn’t work. After 4 Hours it was still over 30 degrees. I checked out. I asked reception to refund me the breakfast I prepaid for and to make a Note to Accor and get me (Partial) refund.

Greeted by friendly and efficient receptionist who remembered us from a previous visit. She booked us a table at the steak house nearby. The room was clean and comfortable and we slept well. Comfortable hotel. Great for a stopover en route to south west France. Always book a Privilege room and it never disappoints. There is a Hippopotamus restaurant right next door serving ok food and also hotel has food on week nights. Have used several times and would stay again as the location close to the motorways is so convenient.
