Checkin was smooth. The room as such was spacious and had the potential to be great. however, the badroom in particular needed urgent maintenance. The shower didn't work (same case for a colleague of mine in a room on the same floor). Water came out of the hose. What's more: there was mould in the shower cabine, which doesn't give a great impression (silicone sealant and between the tiles) Maybe due to lack of ventilation, but also not regularly checked I'd say. The curtain in the room also had dirty black stains. The shower issue was resolved by the evening, and I appreciate the staff responsiveness. The breakfast was really good

disappointed to cross the road to get the room. no help regarding tourism when requesting the receptionnist: we have walked to find the tram (which was temporarily not working due to a march) whereas there was a metro access nearer (and working). large family room. yummy breakfast (my son loved the waffle maker).

Very dirty and dated room. Also very hot in the room even with outside temperature being only slightly above +20 degrees. Would not recommend to stay in the residenz building, maybe the hotel is better but at least where I was put it was pretty terrible.

Didn’t expect this from accor the hotel is located in 2 parts across the road one building has reception there is no proper ramp to slide up heavier luggage for 3 days no one even bothered to clean / set the room and bathroom It was quite unlike accor hotels avoid this property
