We stayed the night here before embarking on our NZ cruise. I recently had surgery that unfortunately left me permanently disabled and didn’t think I’d manage the shower over bath in the room we’d booked. I was happy to pay for an upgrade but the lovely lass on reception was happy to upgrade us free of charge so we could enjoy our stay. The staff ensured I was ok and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was NCL fed in our original booking and didn’t disappoint. The staff here were also wonderful, helping to carry my food to my table. Very clean and comfortable rooms too.

Thank you to Daniel and to team at the Novotel for making mine and my daughter’s stay so special. A beautiful, thoughtful treat was waiting for us in the room when we arrived and my little girls were beyond thrilled!! We will definitely be back when we stay in Sydney again. Room had a wonderful view, comfy beds and breakfast was fresh and varied. Overall we had a wonderful stay!
