Enjoyed our stay...had looked forward to my Accor gold upgrade but was told..we are 'too booked'...even though had booked some time ago. Its a lovely hotel...very relaxed atmisphere...the bar...sitting area ..Restaurant. Location is excellent ...easy walk to many things and light rail. Would recommend highly!

We love to stay at the Novotel Darling Harbour. The rooms are well appointed, the location is so easy to park our car and then catch the tram or walk across the street to Darling Harbour. The service is always top notch - everyone smiles and says hello. The rooms are usually clean, however this stay, I had to rinse 8 hairs in different locations in the bathtub and tiled area down the drain before showering. There was more hair on the sink and the glass table in the room - the table also did not appear very clean. Added to this, there was bright pink lipstick smeared on the tiles across from the toilet we had to clean. Made us feel a bit icky about staying in the room.

Location is good and we can have a short walk along the bridge in the morning and evening, very relaxing. Restaurant is good, suggest to have a bigger table for 2 person as it seems very crowded with food on the table.
