We've stayed a few times now and always enjoyed it but this time had a different feel. Staff not all as friendly as usual, bed not as comfortable (personal preference it was too soft). Restaurant menu wasn't as good maybe I'm getting old but we don't want sweet potatoes why isn't there a choice for normal potatoes as well? I wanted the chicken but couldn't swap the Mediterranean veg for chips so was very disappointed. It has also become quite expensive and I don't think you get value for money anymore. On a positive note the hotel is clean and the restaurant staff made up for the rest of staff by being mostly friendly.

Stayed here previously and it doesn’t disappoint, the staff at reception are very good and can do no wrong after I left my wallet on the reception counter the first time I stayed there and they kept it safe until I remembered I didn’t have it. Quiet and comfortable even though you’re right next to the airport.

Refused to freeze a gel pack that I use to keep injection cool. Have stayed in dozens of hotels and this first time hsppening

Excellent ! . Such a shame that we were let down at breakfast . We arrived for Breakfast at 6am , due to our early flight , just as the full range was available . Produce was excellent quality throughout . BUT ... everything was COLD . As mentioned we were in a rush to make our flight so didn't feel we had the time to complain at the time , Sorry. The room needs more lighting grovelling around in the dark. Rather expensive for one night on top of the cost of holiday.

Really comfortable beds, good restaurant and bar, friendly staff and what a game changer the Brits water stations are! The latter is just brilliant as we’ve always ended up hoiking bottles of water with us for hotel stays.

Allocated room 435 which was by the lift so needless to say it was annoyingly noisy, with doors opening & closing 'til very late. Also bed had a very ill fitting mattress cover which was so uncomfortable we took it off after an hour or so in order that we could get a reasonably comfortable sleep.
