A lovely warm friendly atmosphere with a fantastic range of food and drink. The food was beautiful all served by our brilliant staff member Harman. Best place to stay on airport only yards from departures.

We chose this hotel for it's convenience to the airport terminal. Reception staff where friendly and efficient. We would have appreciated a bottle of water in the room.

We have stayed at this hotel on numerous occasions when we have an early flight from Birmingham airport. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The restaurant serves a good variety on the menu and the check in staff are always friendly.
