Kamertemperatuur was niet onder de 25 gr. C te krijgen, veel te warm. Tevens is de kamer niet schoongemaakt, etc tussen de 1e en de 2e nacht. Ook is de minivar niet aangevuld voor de executive kamer.

overall good experience, but service was not that good. we stayed 3 nights and have booked two rooms , the daily room service was poor and we had to ask for cleaning and better servicing every time.

The hotel is nice but the position is a little far from town for those who wish to explore Rotterdam Central.
