First night without aircon...staff give free breakfast on next day...breakfast withour orange juice, eggs finished....no spoon.... Room without equipment..no fridge...so with kids ...very difficult for keep foods

Hotel was very clean, pool of an adequate size and whilst we were there, not at all busy. Hotel staff were ALL really lovely, very helpful and extremely approachable. Spoke very good English too, which was super given that our French is patchy. Small but adequate rooms, ours faced the railway, but we honestly didn’t hear it even with the window open. Waterproof sheet made us very hot and slightly uncomfortable, altho we do understand the need to protect your mattresses. The Air con must be a GREAT plus in July & August! The town is close enough to walk into for a drink or food in the evening. Prices of wine and beer at the hotel are very good tho, so just as easy to stay in. WiFi allowed us to play Netflix in the evening. A big big plus would be a kettle to make tea & coffee, wouldn’t even mind buying the sachets from reception.... would be really nice to put you feet up in your own room and be able to make a hot drink at night and most of all first thing before breakfast. This would be my only recommendation. Bravo this hotel in the Accor chain is really very good, mostly because of the excellent staff they have employed. Thank you for a good stay

On arrival we felt like an inconvenience. I had to ask for my complimentary drink from the lady manager. The man that was working at the hotel overnight was really helpful and could not do enough to accommodate us.

Everything was fine except that we were disappointed by the fact that few food items were available from your menu. There were 9 items listed in snacks and main dishes but only 3 were available.

A good hotel in a convenient location not far from the autroute. However it was disappointing to find that only 3 dishes out of 9 advertised were available from their menu. Thr room was fine but the hotel really needs a revamp but having said that it is fine and good value for money.

Lovely and clean. Staff friendly and welcoming. Pricey considering my other stays in your hotels. Only food offered was microwave sandwich or lasagna. Coach was expected and obviously they had priority. Not well soundproofed as doors constantly banging through the night.

We did not make it to France because of French ATC strikes causing Ryanair to cancel our flight. I called your customer service team who put me through to the hotel and in not very good English I was told there was nothing they would do to at least credit us for the fact that we could not get to France through no fault of our own. I am a Accor rewards member and after this I will not bother looking to stay at your hotels anymore. Bad customer service from a French company, yes French, as in the reason we could not fly over in the first place!

Malheureusement notre hôtel étant complet ce jour là et au vu les refus que nous avons effectués sur cette date ; nous ne pouvions malheureusement pas annuler votre réservation et par conséquent vous la rembourser comme il s'agissait d'une réservation sous conditions de vente. Dans la mesure du possible, notre hôtel est à l'écoute des demandes des clients et essai de faire son maximum pour y répondre mais il est des situations que personne ne maîtrise. Je regrette que cet incident vous donne cet image négative sur l'hôtellerie française et j'espère que vous pourrez nous refaire confiance à nouveau. Cordialement, Christine GARNOT

We had to find a hotel near Grasse as the house we rented had hot water issues. I found this hotel & was helped by Philippe to reserve a room within minutes of my call. The hotel is well located near all the shops, restaurants etc. Given that it was Jan 1st, nothing was opened however they had frozen meals that were very good. In addition we were able to enter our rom at 1030 in the morning versus the normal noon check-in with our 4 yr old thanks to Philippe's kindness. Thank You IBIS !!

The service was very good and staff were helpful. However the hotel needs a facelift: worn carpets in hallways; some fixtures are very worn, etc. Very convenient location and good free parking. Towels in rooms are threadbare so difficult to dry oneself! Breakfast good overall but fresh fruit salad dissappointing and on the second day not enough water in the egg boiler to boil an egg!

I stay one night with my family in this hotel after a long trip from Italia and it is ok for the price and service. The receptionist is very nice and helpful when we arrive at the hotel but unfortunately, the lift was broken and we have to carry manually all our stuffs up to our room at 2nd floor.

Having stayed in many of the Ibis chain hotels to which I can compare I was disappointed and unpleasantly surprised by this particular one. Although in a good location with ample parking, and despite the room rate of nearly €100/night, I was disturbed by the dirtiness of the hallway carpet and the very rough patching of holes in the room walls. There was a smell from the basin and the taps were heavily covered in lime scale. The pillows were lumpy and only 2 provided for a double bed. The room number was 312. I was also charged €20 for one very average breakfast. In addition the Wifi service was poor.

We were welcomed to the hotel by a pleasant receptionist . Our room was fine, although it had been used by a smoker. The hotel is ideally situated for walking to restaurants.
