Hotel was severely understaffed (one lady was managing everything: reception, kitchen, bar, etc.) This leads to the 2nd negative feedback: terrible service. Check-in was a complete mess. I had to remind her that I am a long-term Accor member and despite that, none of the member benefits was provided, e.g. not even the standard welcome drink I usually get at every Accor group hotel. Room was also not very clean, e.g. hair left behind by previous guests. Definitely not recommended.

Rooms are okay, miss a fridge though. Warm weather, would be nice to keep some cool water. TV on small side, only french channels, no smart tv! Breakfast, really basic, scrambled eggs very wet...not enough toast bread. Coffee is fine.

Good location to sight see in the Nice Cannes area. Nice clean hotel , extremely friendly helpful staff. Very nice breakfasts , and the staff made lovely pots of English breakfast tea . Also good location for the train and being able to walk out in the village.

Very good location right next to the train station and easy to walk into the local town. Staff were amazing! The only down full is that there isn’t a fridge in the room. Would definitely stay again though.

Sono stata nella struttura per la Grasse Perfume Week, l'albergo è attaccato alla stazione si arriva a Grasse in pochi minuti. Non si sentono rumori ben insonorizzato, ottimo letto comodo, ampia doccia, ero al 3° piano. Colazione molto varia e abbondante.
