Firstly getting to this address was an ordeal. A GPS will take you to all three addresses which are the same.. Some lead to dead ends and the others to a bicycle route.. Once arriving the receptionist was super nice. she check us in, offered us a hot meal (for a price) which was aweful all she had available.. our room was large because it was for a disabled guest and was clean. The breakfast was good - usual Euro-breakfast... My wife contacted the management in advance and asked for a hairdryer which they provided... Pretty nice place on the hillside overlooking the French Riviera.. No shocks, basic but good value for money

Trouble to find, but once we did, up the first lift to be warmly greeted, and the lady on reception made sure we had a good view. Nothing too much trouble. Comfortable room, good nights sleep, the nearby highway did not distract. Good breakfast in the morning, and fairly easy to get back on the highway.
