The staff is nice and the location is perfect, however this place feels like a budget hotel. There aren't very many towels and they're thin. It would be nice to have a box of tissues and more than 1 garbage can. The shower had a lot of black mold in it.

Hotel really close to Christmas Market and train. You can walk anywhere. Due to cold weather our room was a bit cold and air conditioning was not enough but the friendly and full of hospitality staff brought us a heater immediately. Hotel was very clean. My friend had an emergency and front desk staff helped a lot, called the ambulance immediately and was there with us till the ambulance got there. Thank you very much.

Had a nice stay, bathroom was quite dated (which didn’t look like on the website when we booked) and mould on bottom of shower door. Lighting was quite dark in hallway of room. Staff were always friendly and room a good size.

We visited the Christmas markets in December and the location couldn’t be better. The best place to stay. Very clean rooms and very nice and helpful staff.
