We are nevertheless sorry that some aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We have taken note of your comments regarding the duvet, air conditioning and television signal. Nice hotel in a central spot. We were able to walk to everything and had secure parking. Very helpful staff. The breakfast was good. I'd stay here again. Rooms are a bit dated.

We were on a stopover with our kids and this worked really well for a less than 24 hours visit, giving us a chance to see the old town and some sights, as well as have dinner. we chose it in part for the parking but couldn't use it due to the very low 1.8m max height. It was ok as we were there late on a Saturday and there is free parking on Sundays, otherwise this would have been a real hassle, and expensive (2 hours parking no Sat eve was 12.50 Euros!) so beware of this. Otherwise a great spot, and good breakfast.

As Platinum member, I was expecting a warmer welcome and some better explanation why I could not get upgraded. I was offered a “nicer” room which happened to be a room for handicapped person, which means with a bathroom w/o proper shower. I declined. Last time I visit this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay overall, the room was clean and the service was offered daily. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was excellent during those hot days. The breakfast was the best comparing to the four Accor hotels I stayed during my trip and a good variety of food was offered. The staff at reception were friendly and available for help. Despite these, I suggest that you install water stations on every floor instead of keeping it on the ground floor only, it would be much more convenient. The size of my room was decent but I didn’t enjoy the window facing the sky and a tilted ceiling. It made me feel a bit claustrophobic and the room felt like it was in the attic.

We were in Rennes for a wedding, and this hotel was perfect for us. They have a fantastic buffet breakfast for their guests who choose to add it to their room. We were amazed at all the delicious food included in the breakfast. The hotel is centrally located and close to restaurants and shopping. We walked to the hotel from the train station, and it was not far at all. We would definitely stay here again if we have another opportunity to visit Rennes.

While our hotel does not have a restaurant, our reception team is always happy to recommend a selection of nearby restaurants within walking distance. On the last day in the very morning, we were scared awake because someone broke into our room. We found out it was the manager because our neighbor told him this is her room. IMAGINE TODAY IF IT IS A THIEF TOLD HIM THAT HE FORGET HIS KEYCARD IN THE ROOM, THE MANAGER WOULD LET THE THIEF INTO THE ROOM TO TAKE THINGS AWAY. The process sould be optimized. (PROOF OF GUESTS' IDENTITY SOULD BE PERFORMED) AND THE MANAGER ALSO FAILED TO APOLOGIZE AT THE FIRST MOMENT. HIS ATTITUDE NEED TO BE TRAINED.

As soon as we became aware of the error, our manager offered you sincere apologies on several occasions—in the hallway, upon your departure, and via email that same day. The guest in the neighboring room, who caused the confusion, also apologized to you. Wishing to show our appreciation, we immediately provided your breakfasts at your request and credited additional courtesy points to your ALL loyalty account. We are therefore particularly surprised by your comment stating that no apology was offered, given that apologies were indeed extended multiple times. This isolated incident in no way reflects the procedures and high standards we uphold on a daily basis. Nevertheless, we take your feedback regarding our procedures very seriously and are continuing our efforts to ensure such a situation does not happen again. Easy access to CDGval, spacious room, very helpful and friendly staff, lovely pool with little terrace and vending machine sells costumes if you forgot yours/tip- I’m a 34 xs but got s (38???? Usually 36) it was more like a 32! 😂) go big! Didn’t try restaurant was very pricey fur basic food.

The room was amazing and well located. i was previously living in rennes as a student and had a lot of traveling cause i was living so far away but this is literally a 2 min walk to the center. The staff is also very helpful and sweet.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from the metro, which was incredibly useful. However, the room itself felt a bit dated. The walls and doors showed their age, and the door sometimes required a few attempts to open. I also noticed some stains on the carpet and a few cobwebs, and the pillows were much too thin. Overall, the room is in need of an update. On the positive side, the room came equipped with a kettle and a nice selection of teas, and it offered a lovely view of the garden—though I could occasionally hear noise from neighboring rooms. Lastly, the breakfast was great, though I would have appreciated a few more green/salad options
