Dear Peter, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback following your third stay at Novotel Frankfurt City. First of all, I am pleased to hear that you continue to appreciate our location and breakfast offering. Your excellent rating for breakfast is particularly rewarding for our kitchen and restaurant teams. At the same time, I would like to thank you for your honest and constructive comments. I am sorry to learn that the condition of the room did not fully meet your expectations. As you correctly pointed out, some of our rooms are in need of updating. For this reason, we are currently carrying out a soft refurbishment programme, including new wallpaper, refreshed wash areas, and various upgrades to enhance overall guest comfort. I was also concerned to read about the empty plastic bottle left under the bed. Please accept my sincere apologies for this oversight. This is clearly not in line with our housekeeping standards, and I will share your feedback with the team for further review. Regarding the minibar, I would like to clarify that our rooms are equipped with coolers rather than traditional refrigerators. These units are designed to maintain already chilled drinks and snacks at a cool temperature, but they do not cool items down in the same way as a refrigerator. Nevertheless, I understand your disappointment, especially as this has been your experience on multiple visits. As an ALL Classic member and a returning guest, your feedback is particularly valuable to us.
