Very disappointing experience. While walking to our room, my daughter was crying, and a guest suddenly shouted at us to be quiet because he wanted to sleep. I reported the incident to the hotel, but no action was taken. I had to cancel my stay. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this hotel for families.

I don’t know what it was, probably the elevators but it was impossible to sleep or have silence has there would be a massive motor running every minute for a shorter or longer time duration, no matter the time of the day. Other than that the room was nice, same for the bathroom. The staff was very nice and helpful The noise was really the only bad thing about it

The hotel is very quit even though the train is right next to it. The breakfast was great, there is a large selection of food, the quality is very good. The traffic is not bad, there is a tram and a train station not far from the hotel.

Had to carry all clothes to 1st floor at 12 at night to avoid morning rush. There was only 2 ironing boards there.

I have been staying at this hotel regularly for the past four years, but unfortunately, nothing has improved. The air conditioning has never worked properly, and the breakfast is also very disappointing. The AC is so ineffective that the room feels hot, and I end up sweating instead of feeling comfortable. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. In fact, I wouldn't stay here again even if they offered me a free stay during my next vacation. Even if they invited me to stay for free, I would still refuse. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience.

This makes it even more disappointing to read that your recent experiences have left you feeling so frustrated. I am very sorry that the room temperature did not meet your expectations. During your stay, Frankfurt experienced exceptionally high outdoor temperatures, which unfortunately pushed our air conditioning system to its operational limits. While the system was functioning, it was not able to achieve the much lower room temperatures that many guests would naturally prefer under such extreme weather conditions. I completely understand how uncomfortable this can feel, especially after a long day. I am equally sorry that our breakfast offering disappointed you. We have made various changes and additions to our buffet over the years, so it is unfortunate that these improvements did not match your expectations. Detailed feedback is always very valuable to us, as it helps us better understand which aspects guests feel are missing and where we should focus our efforts. Attention by the so-called manager was leas than pleasant, threated me like a third class customer, she actually showed me the hand to stop talking. Not even a single bottle of water in 2 almost 40° days. On the other side breakfast was OK and attention by Thomas was truly extraordinary, he is a well versed professional and couldn't be nicer. Room was ok. Parking is very expensive for a normal neighborhood.

With regard to parking, our underground garage is available to hotel guests at a special overnight rate of €22 and offers approximately 180 parking spaces. While parking prices in major cities can vary considerably, our rate is generally positioned at the lower end of what is commonly charged in Frankfurt. Guests may also use our limited number of complimentary outdoor parking spaces, subject to availability, or make use of the many free public parking options in the surrounding area.
