The hotel is very well located in the city center, and the staff is very friendly. The room, however, was not what we expected. It was very clean, but we found a broken lamp, and the bathroom door was also broken. The room was not well lit. We also expected basic items like cotton swabs and a toothbrush.

We fully enjoyed our stay in Brugge and the Ibis hotel is well located for all the attractions. The restaurant in the Novotel across the courtyard was very pleasant with good food.

Location is best, parking is on site (although you have to pay) overall very good experience.
