The hotel is well located for Luton airport and served its purpose for us. However, the room door card malfunctioned every time we left the room and reception had to reset it (with some little machine at the door). The flush on the toilet did not work properly and it had to be pushed multiple times in a particular way to achieve a basic flush. The hand basin did not drain correctly ( even just brushing teeth). The air con didn’t work and the room was boiling in March even with the thermostat set to 10 degrees. Overall, it felt tired and in need of some renovation

Despite being located in the new section of the hotel, found the hotel to be very very dated. The carpet in the corridors was stained. Once in the room, whilst was clean, there was a very pungent smell in the bathroom, broken tv remote, again stains on the carpets and stains and damage to the bathroom sink.

had to move room as top floor room has a noisy fan vibrating in room 360 continue. First floor room 156 OK but WC flushing was niet good and shower water pressure low. Also never found my Head phones on departure ??
