The shower did not have a working extractor which led to the entire room bring covered in water and damp in the morning including my babies clothing. The sheets were also dirty and stained.

We chose the hotel because of our early flight from Luton Airport. It was very convenient to walk to the airport in the morning with our bags, as it is only about 10 minutes from the hotel. The staff were friendly, and the room was spacious. However, there was a large sticky stain between the two beds, which left me with the impression that the overall cleanliness of the hotel could have been better.

The stay was comfortable and great to have kettle in the room. The shower water wasnt draining properly and settled in the bath. The room was very hot too. Staff kind and attentive. Decent price and location for airport

Everything was awesome and quiet and a great place to retreat after a busy day, just had issues in room 106 with the bathtub drain, the plug was partially stuck. Aside from this, definitely going there again, wonderful :)

Very run down room. Water flow is loud. Only one pillow per bed. Walking distance of airport which is great, but was very poor value
