The underground on site parking is very secure and highly recommended at €15 per day. The staff are very nice and most speak English. Its location is brilliant especially as Versailles has three train stations in a row with the closest being 12 minutes walk away and the furthest being about 40 mins. This gives an excellent choice of where to arrive in Paris, or where to get back to if there are disruptions on the lines which we encountered! The restaurant food choice is limited but the food quality is excellent, which is the same for the bar food. It would have received a ‘10’ score if the bar food hours were a little longer to allow for a later arrival snack. Other than that it was excellent.

We stayed one night and had a great experience. After checking out, we realized we’d left something valuable in the safe. The staff (Camille Miranda -office manager) went above and beyond — they quickly found it and arranged to have it couriered to our next destination. We were so impressed by their honesty, efficiency, and kindness. Truly outstanding service!
