Regarding the room rate, your stay coincided with a large conference in the area as well as exceptionally good weather, which resulted in higher demand and therefore higher room rates. We understand that this also raises expectations, and we regret that your experience did not reflect the value you anticipated. We are sorry to hear about the issues you experienced in your room. We would have sincerely appreciated it if you had informed us about the unpleasant smell from the bathroom drains during your stay, as this would have allowed our team to investigate and resolve the issue immediately. We also understand your concerns regarding the bathtub. In addition to rooms with a bathtub, we also offer rooms with a walk-in shower only. Had we known that the bathtub was causing difficulties, we would have gladly arranged a room change for you. Furthermore, all of our bathtubs are equipped with an anti-slip coating. We are sorry to hear that, despite this safety feature, you still found it too slippery. Regarding housekeeping, we indeed offer room cleaning upon request as part of our sustainability programme. This is explained during check-in, and we are always happy to arrange housekeeping whenever requested. Had you informed us during your stay, we would have ensured your room was cleaned. Finally, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience regarding the duplicate payment shown in your bankaccount. We are still investigating this matter internally. At present, we have not been able to identify a duplicate transaction on our side, but we continue to look into it and appreciate your patience while we work to clarify the situation.
