The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Arras and the overnight parking under the Grand’Place cost only 12€. However our room had an unpleasant smell and the mattress cover was falling apart.

Evening was fine except the parking issue. I stay at AccorHotels because they offer secure parking and it never occurred to me that this hotel would be different. O always travel with a fully loaded car of luggage and sports equipment so a sleepless night was my reward for this stay!

This hotel was more than I was expecting. It was in the heart of all the places I wanted to be in Alencon. The staff was very nice to me and they helped me out in many ways. My room was fairly comfortable and it was quiet. I didn't want to leave Alencon. If I ever do go back to Alencon, I will stay at this hotel.

Pleasant town centre hotel well up to IBIS standard with comfortable bed and good shower room. Full Continental breakfast. Efficient and friendly staff. Adequate public parking outside but daytime paying.

As always a very good ibis experience but why a PLASTIC stirrer for my Gin&Tonic. In this day-and-age and current knowledge we should not have PLASTIC cocktail stirrers.

This was a really pleasant surprise - a clean hotel in the centre of the town at an excellent price. The staff were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. Very good restaurant next door and parking was free (after 5 and before 9 the following morning). I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place.
