The hotel is ideally staked in the centre of Alencon. the rooms are being updated and the bed is extremely comfortable. We have stayed in the hotel on numerous occasions and it is a good budget hotel well suited to an overnight stay to break up travel. The staff are welcoming and professional. The breakfast options need a bit of further thought.

Friendly and efficient service as usual at this budget hotel, well situated in the centre of Alencon. The bedrooms are being currently being refurbished. Breakfast is acceptable but we wouldn't recommend the other meal options

We have stayed in this hotel several times . It is in the centre of Alençon and you can walk everywhere. Excellent restaurants nearby and in a quiet street . Breakfast was very good and the girl in charge cooked fresh scrambled egg and sausages for us !!

Well, like always, IBIS is fine. Just that the point that the room would need some upgrade... You can notice some details showing wear and it would be fine to also remove the spider webs on roof!
