The hotel is ideally staked in the centre of Alencon. the rooms are being updated and the bed is extremely comfortable. We have stayed in the hotel on numerous occasions and it is a good budget hotel well suited to an overnight stay to break up travel. The staff are welcoming and professional. The breakfast options need a bit of further thought.

Dear Madam, It is always a pleasure to welcome you ! We are delighted that you like our new rooms. Waiting for your next visit very soon, Best regards

Friendly and efficient service as usual at this budget hotel, well situated in the centre of Alencon. The bedrooms are being currently being refurbished. Breakfast is acceptable but we wouldn't recommend the other meal options
