We are glad to hear that the location and the family room deal worked well for you, as well as that your pets were welcome. However, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the EV charger. We understand how important it is, and we are actively working on the installation of new chargers, although the completion date is currently delayed. We also deeply regret that your dining experience did not meet your expectations.
