We are delighted to read that you enjoyed the comfort and spaciousness of your room, as well as the quality of our restaurant, breakfast selection, EV charging facilities, and the filtered still and sparkling water fountain available in our lobby. We are also pleased that we were able to accommodate your request for a ground-floor room during the temporary lift outage caused by the exceptional heat. We are sorry that your experience around the swimming pool did not meet your expectations. During particularly warm summer days, our pool can indeed become very popular with families, which may create a livelier atmosphere than some guests are looking for. We understand that this affected the relaxing experience you had hoped for, and we appreciate your feedback. We also sincerely apologize for the waiting time at the bar. The condition of your room upon arrival, the malfunctioning air conditioning, the failure of the sofa bed, and the problem with the safe are clearly not in line with the standards we strive to provide to our guests. I also understand your frustration regarding the delay in recovering your passports from the safe. Such a situation can be particularly stressful, and I regret that the handling of the incident did not give you confidence in our service. Salut, Merci pour tes gentils mots sur notre équipe sympa et le joli restaurant ! On est ravis que tu aies aimé le petit déjeuner. Par contre, on est désolés d'apprendre pour la moisissure dans ta chambre. La propreté est une priorité pour nous, et ton retour nous aide à nous améliorer.
