The room was too hot and air conditions was not working

The floor at the breakfast area was sticky and not clean

Before midnight the lights went off. No A/C, no warm water. Atlanta check out at 9.00 AM no electricity. Was imposible to shower as NO warm water. Water ice cold. Property has no emergency plant generator. Worn down hotel.

Unfortunately, the hotel was affected by a general electrical outage that was completely beyond our control. This situation caused several services to be unavailable for a number of hours, including hot water, air conditioning, elevators, telephones, and Wi-Fi. We fully understand how uncomfortable this must have been. Situations like this are not easy for anyone — neither for our guests nor for our teams, who did their best to manage the situation and assist everyone as quickly as possible. We spent one night in the hotel. We are enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable and also the staff at the restaurant was helpful and kind.

Beds and pillows very comfortable, please can English Breakfast tea be put in the rooms. The lamb on the evening menu was disappointing and not to the standard i have come to expect from Novotel Restaurants.
