The hotel - which we used as an overnight stopover - was very clean and comfortable, with ample parking. Our dinner was simply delicious, altogether better than the standard fare at other Mercure hotels where we have stayed. Our only slight niggle was the compact size and shape of the breakfast servery, which hampered logistics.

The room and facilities were extremely basic - no fridge, very little space around the bed and old tired furnishings such as the blind. Towels were discoloured but clean.the breakfast was adequate apart from the coffee which was very poor.

Decent hotel with small rooms and basic but good breakfast. Th price/quality could be better, since it has the same comfort of an Ibis hotel. Earlier visits to other hotels from Novotel and Mercure having a better standard. But great to visit the city or have a short stay.

Booked a 2 nights stay for a family trip to have time to explore Le Mans while breaking our travel. Got greeted by a lady who wasn't in her best day, she was grumpy and made useless comments. I signaled to her that one of her water fountain was licking, she didn't even thank me but started complain about customers' behavior.

Double room rather cramped. Stain (bleach?) on carpet by the bathroom. Back of bathroom door needs a paint. Not a pleasant room on the whole. Also there are no USB charging points in the room.

A one night stop-over on route back to UK. We were tired after a 650km journey and the welcome we received on arrival was fantastic. The lady on reception organised cold water as we checked in. The rooms were cool, clean and modern. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Overall though our lasting impression was that the entire team at the hotel were very positive and customer-friendly.

Evening meal good in restaurant (didn’t have breakfast). Room on the small side but had adjustable air con instead of centrally controlled. Car park not secured overnight but 24 hour reception. Would certainly stay again.

Very pleasant hotel with quality food. Ample parking. If we stayed again it would not be in a Classic room and ensuite as that is much too small.

The crew was very kind; however, the room was small, and the air conditioning was quite noisy and not refreshing enough. Additionally, the bed mattress was uncomfortable.
