We had to stay overnight in Le Mans, due to scheduling. Price for rooms was low, basic but very modern rooms. Great hotel staff (Lanie ?) helped at check in and took care of all questions.

The bar reception area and staff are fine and welcoming, staff speak good English. Our bedroom door wouldn’t shut properly without slamming, and I mean slamming it. Given how cheaply built the place is, it won’t last long if that’s any indication of quality. There were hairs on our scratch pay duvet and underneath. Had the bed linen been changed? I don’t think so. Breakfast was fine, but whole package is still expensive for what is offered.

Cheapish, but badly built, very basic hotel. Our bedroom door would not shut when we went out, without really slamming it - and I mean slamming it.Not sure if that was a great idea. Itchy bed linen and even worse I’m not 100% sure we even had fresh bed linen for our one night stay. Hairs on top of duvet and underneath - yuck. They control the heating, so you can’t have it too hot - ie it’s a bit cool in winter, or very cold: so is it too hot in summer? Only plus was the adequate breakfast included - and it’s very handy for the station. The previous week we stayed at the Concordia up the road for only €7 more per couple, and it’s a different class altogether. Admittedly, that price excluded breakfast, but there’s an excellent bakery opposite the Ibis where coffee and croissant costs about €4, or a Paul’s in the station.

we only stayed on short night but the room and the lobby are very welcoming and feel like you are in your living room. I would go back there without hesitations. (the room were a bit too warm for my liking but we forgot to reduce the temperature, so it's on us)

Accommodating, very helpful and attentive reception staff. Although arriving on a Sunday there was very little available in the hotel or the surrounding area to get a meal for late lunch. Although there is a bar in the hotel a light cafe style facility should be considered. This would encourage and offer street traffic or visitors to the area coming off the trains somewhere pleasant to sit down for a light meal, something missing in the area at the moment.

It was a lovely hotel, nicely decorated and service excellent. Only drawback was that we were on 5th floor and windows open wide which is very dangerous with children.

I was very happy with the standard and size of our room. Our whole family was impressed. Service was generally good. Breakfast team were a little slow re-stocking breakfast items. What i did find annoying was the fact there was limitied parking on site, which needed to be booked in advance. I have since checked my booking again, and it makes no mention of this! It also did not mention the additional parking off site was chargeable.

Hotel is very easy to find, limited parking so book, but very good parking nearby. Rooms are excellent, bar area pleasant. Breakfast very well stocked with usual continental fair. Easy walk to incredible old city. plenty of paces to eat within 15 minute walk. Very happy.

The parking to check in is an issue and needs to be advertised more. Ie parking does not come with booking a hotel on line with parking. Great room, employees and location so did not spoil our Le Mans experience

Parking difficult for disabled guest, fire alarm at 11:30 p.m. left me stranded on the 4th floor, no coffee making in room, many breakfast items missing and no one serving obvious shortfall for some time until we found a person on reception.
