A nice hotel with friendly staff and good socia area downstairs. Great location in middle of town and right opposite main train and tram station. Not great for us as we were passing through on way back to port. Car full of stuff and dog and overnight baggage etc. parking very limited and very expensive. Reserving a parking spot wasn’t prominent on confirmation and so hadn’t done it. And arriving late at night didn’t feel safe walking from public car park

Just one stain on the bedsheets. Overall. Night shift staff amazing. Afternoon team on my check out was lovely. Strongly recommended this hotel.

The room we we were offered, although booked .months ago had issues and honestly ill appointed with no room for our suitcases, bathroom was alot bigger which made for the smaller room and hairdryer didn't work. My son was happy with his room however and had a much better setup. The next room we were moved to, although appreciate the accommodation, really smelled. The city. Centre was a short 15 walk which was great and close to the train station so that was convenient. Our last morning we went for a cup of coffee and was surprised and not impressed to be charged $2€ for it each. Very petty especially knowing that in North America, coffee makers are included with the room. Also unlike all the other hotels we stayed in, wifi was not included and had to pay for it. Then had to go down to get the code from reception at midnight after we just arrived and tired. Again, another charge that should not have occurred.

Air conditioning doesn't work , can't set temperature in room , only 18 degrees... toilet been not clean, still somebody hairs in bath and all towels been dirty... The manager lied to us about car park when we came, he told us there are no space available, but he let the other car in (we ask the driver-he had not got pre-booking for space). On the website says that there is no booking for car park either.

Good stay, very expensive car parking

Reception team were amazing. Room was great 4 bedded and we weren't packed in like sardines which was great. Very limited parking was available on site which needed to be pre booked, this needs to be made clearer as we had not grasped that to our cost. We stayed for 24 hrs parked in the gare Nord car park over the road. You get a concession for the evening but we stayed for 24 hours and even with the concession this cost us 50 euros!!!!
