We are a family of 4, 2 adults, 2 kids age 11 and 15. We had the family room for one night in late July, which sleeps 6, basically two sets of triple bunk beds. The lady who checked us in was super nice and did speak some English. There is no en suite in the room, instead you have to use the toilets and showers down the hall. The toilets are self cleaning and spotless. Not sure if the showers are self cleaning but they were spotless too and the water was hot. Toilet paper is supplied. The room was basic but very clean. There were two sinks. There was a night light and individual reading light at each bed. There were a couple of tables in the middle which was good. Bedding is supplied (bottom sheet, pillow, thin duvet and duvet cover) though towels are not, you can buy one at reception for 3€. Bring some soap for washing your hands. Car park is secure, one of the reasons we chose it. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance, we ate at Le Bureau which was very good. Breakfast is in the reception area and is very basic and a bit of a free for all. But it's cheap! I'd probably bring my own if I visited again. There are a couple of vending machines in Reception, one of which was broken. Night time was quiet though very warm, no air con. We could only open one window. It's a really convenient stop over with a family room which is why we chose it. For 4 people it works out more expensive (107€ per night) than a UK Premier Inn. I think for a single person or a couple (or the 6 people our room was for) it's probably very good value. As long as you have the right basic expectations then this place will meet them. If you want 3 stars or more then go elsewhere.

Bonjour , Points positifs : Accueil chaleureux de la réceptionniste qui parle anglais. Propreté des installations (toilettes, douches et chambre). Chambre fonctionnelle pour une famille, avec suffisamment d’espace pour dormir. Parking sécurisé, ce qui est un atout pour les familles. Proximité de restaurants, avec une mention spéciale pour Le Bureau. Points à améliorer : Absence de salle de bain privative dans la chambre, ce qui peut être moins pratique pour une famille. Petit-déjeuner basique et un peu désorganisé, avec une suggestion d’apporter votre propre nourriture. Manque d’air conditionné, ce qui peut rendre les nuits chaudes inconfortables. En résumé, ce lieu est idéal pour une courte escale si vous avez des attentes réalistes et recherchez un hébergement fonctionnel. Si vous privilégiez le confort et des services de niveau supérieur, il serait prudent de considérer d’autres options.

Check in was difficult, no code to get into the gate late at night. Credit card didn't work for the local tax payment. I paid in advance. Staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Excellent staff

A nice stopover on the way to Le Mans 24 Hours This was a pleasant stopover during my journey to the Le Mans 24 Hours. Overall, I had a very good stay, especially thanks to the excellent staff. Check-in was a bit difficult, as there was no access code for the gate late at night and my credit card did not work for the local tax payment, despite having already paid in advance. However, the staff were very helpful, friendly and welcoming, and quickly resolved the situation. The room was very clean, comfortable, and met all my expectations. The breakfast selection was good, and the overall service was excellent. I also appreciated the hotel’s commitment to sustainability. The Wi-Fi worked, although the connection speed could be improved. Despite the small issues at arrival, I would gladly recommend this hotel for its great staff and overall quality of stay.

You know what you are getting with a HotelF1, it's OK for a stopover. Comfy room, we had our own little bathroom, only 1 pillow each . Perhaps you can get another but we were too tired to try!Nice staff but dont bother with breakfast, too expensive for what you get

A safe and cheap option. My room was clean but certainly basic. Perfect for a stop off on a long car journey but I wouldn’t use it as a base to explore Le Mans. These places serve a purpose just don’t expect much!

I recently stayed here for a short visit. The room itself was basic but clean, which I appreciated. It had everything needed for a short stay, though nothing particularly special or luxurious. However, there were a few downsides. My room was located directly above the entrance, and unfortunately, smoke from outside drifted up into the room, which was unpleasant, especially for a non-smoker. There was also a disturbance around 5am, with a man shouting and banging on doors, which made it hard to get a good night's sleep and raised some concerns about security. Overall, it was a functional stay — fine if you're not expecting much beyond the basics, but I’d recommend requesting a room away from the entrance if you’re a light sleeper or sensitive to smoke

We didn't know but this person had psychological problems and jumped from the window from 1st floor shouting.
